Resolved the issue with the ice maker and now it works perfectly.

My refrigerator stopped working and I called Jim the first thing in the morning. He had a very busy schedule, but came out to help me around 11:00 am. He had all the parts and explained everything he was doing. He took his time and everything was cold again by that evening!

Scheduled in a timely manner and arrived on time. Was very knowledgeable and quickly discovered the problem. Hoses were leaking and he changed them and cleaned the area up when finished. Would definitely hire again. With the $49 Big Deal it was a great bargain.

He was able to come out the same day I called. He determined that the washing machine was not worth the repair for its age. He also inspected my dryer and charged me minimal for the visit. He was very nice and pleasant. I would use him again and refer him to others.

I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Appliance Pro. Jim called me back right away and was able to come the next day. The repair was done quickly and Jim also stabilized the dishwasher while he was at it.

He called several times, was on top of everything. He showed on time and ready to work. I explained to him that this was barely a year old kitchen aide refrigerator and that it leaked quite a bit but not all the time. He started at the top, I had hoped he would start with the top. I am a network engineer and you always start downhill. He made sure the filter or the lines to and from the filter were not an issue. He kept running water through my water dispenser to see if any leaks were happening. He finally got to the condenser for my water dispenser and saw that my drain pipe was clogged and frozen. A small piece of the Styrofoam had lodged itself into the pipe. He kept me informed the whole way. He went to the back of the fridge to make sure the clog was completely removed, and found he had dislodged the tubing from the tray. He fixed that and than validated that water could now drain. He returned my fridge to its previous condition. I was very satisfied with the work.

Jim arrived in a very short time after we talked. Explained what he thought was wrong. He was correct as it turned out. He made the repair, re-connected the vent pipe, checked outside to make sure the exhaust was adequate, and made an adjustment to the vent housing. He explained what he was doing as he went along, and was very professional in every respect. I will use his services again if the need should arise.

About a week ago, our dishwasher started to make a loud, horrible noise when running. We contacted Jim through Angie's list as we have used him before and liked his work. He came to our home and found that the motor on our dishwasher needed to be replaced. He ordered the motor and he came back today (about a week later) to replace the motor on the dishwasher. Jim is professional, explains what he is doing and why, and let's you know your options. We believe he is extremely knowledgeable and also reasonably priced. We highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs appliance repairs.

Awesome experience! I called at 10 am, he came over same day to do a proactive service call on my 10 years old front load washer and dryer. Very reasonably priced.

The service was fine and we had them give us an assessment of what was going on with our refrigerator. One technician came out and he was knowledgeable. He came out for a service call, since there was no repair, we had to pay the difference and he gave us good information.

I called Jim to get an estimate on a service call as our dryer stopped working suddenly. We were debating about getting it fixed based on the age of our unit. After checking a few things out ourselves, I called Jim and he was able to fit us into his schedule that day. As planned, he called about 40 minutes before his arrival to confirm our appointment. He determined the problem with our unit shortly after arriving. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and based on his recommendation we decided it was worth getting the unit fixed. We would definitely use Appliance Pro LLC again.

Jim was out within less than 24 hours from the time I called him. He was professional and explained the details of the service he was performing, as well as the pricing for the service. Will use him again for any future appliance repair and/or service needs.

He did a good job. There were some other things broken but that would have costed more. He had all the information he needed to get the job done and do a good job.

Excellent response time to call after we purchased $49 deal. Came out next day, analyzed the issue, gave us the pros and cons of repair vs replacement. After we determined we would go ahead and repair, he went out and got the parts, returned and quickly fixed the problem. With $49 deal, it was an excellent value. Very professional and knowledgeable. Jim provided excellent and timely service and resolved the problem with creativity. Since the clamps were no longer securing the dishwasher, in the usual manner, he adjusted the legs moving the top of the dishwasher closer to the underside of the counter. This not only made the dishwasher secure but it also made it operate quieter. Additionally, he responded to our questions about soap stains on the dishes and gave us suggestions about dishwasher cleaner and dishwasher soaps. Jim only charged the price of a service call and allowed us to put it on Visa - not passing on the credit card fees to us. Jim spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. Jim was organized, professional and came well equipped to handle the situation (e.g., correct tools, light to see under the dishwasher). It was a really good experience!

Our washer stopped working. Appliance Pro called us back right away and scheduled a time to come to the house. They arrived on time, took a look at the washer and were very honest about the cost associated with fixing it. On their advice, we opted to just purchase a new machine. After spending quite a while at our house diagnosing the issue (which ended up being a more complicated problem with the software panel) they only charged us the $49 we had already paid for the Angie's list deal. They were honest, fair and professional.

Jim called ahead, stated how long it would take him to get here. Arrived when he said he would. He was professional, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He tested oven after the repair.

I purchased a Deal for a discount on my repair. Jim called the next day and after hearing the issue I was having, he came out the same day and was able to complete the repair. He explained the issue and what the cost was going to be before he started the repair so their was no surprises. He was professional and friendly.

phone right away and he could comeout and look at my machine the very next day...which was wonderful.He took everything a part,changed out some fuses and determined part f the problem was the fuse but the machine had multiple problems and it would cost more to fix than to replace. I got ahold of Jim on the phone first time I called and he was willing to come out the very next day to look at the machine. He was willing to work around my schedule and he was very polite. It took him less than 20 min to figure out what was wrong with the machine. He explained it to me and then took my son downstairs to show him what he meant about the machine problems. He was very honest and said as my machine was older I was really better served to replace t the machine as the cost of the repair was equal to the cos of a new machine. I felt he was being very honest with me giving me the advice he would give a family member, I paid him for a basic service call and he gave me the Angie's List discount. I was very pleased with this experience and will certainly call Jim again when I have a need,

Good - Jim came out a second time when microwave fix did not work, worked for an additional 2 hours, for no extra charge. Jim stands by his work.

I try to be a very aware consumer and somewhat of a home fix female. When I first talked to Jim he was so great in that he offered up some tips to me before even getting my business. After studying on Youtube and researching the cost of new washers I narrowed down my problem to 2 things. Either the fuse or the motor. I called Jim back. He fit me into his busy schedule, gave me TWO courtesy calls since he knew I was waiting, one to tell me how soon he would be done and the second to let me know he was on his way. He found that my problem was indeed the fuse which I was very thankful. THEN he hurried out purchased the fuse and came back SAME DAY! YUP he knew my washer had been broken for some days and did his utmost to get me up and running the very same day. He was pleasant on the job and I knew he was going to do a good job. Jim fixed our dishwasher for us and the experience was great all around. Once I inquired about his services via Angie's List he got back to me quickly. He was punctual and called ahead of time. He told me that if we had any further problems with the dishwasher in regard to what he worked on that he would honor what we had already paid and apply it to any future visits regarding the problem. We will definitely be calling him again if we have problems with any of our appliances.
