Jim fixed the dishwasher efficiently and it's working just as good as new. He appropriately did troubleshooting on the dishwasher, knew what needed to be done, and did it!

I called Appliance Pro to have service performed on my GE Monogram refrigerator. After asking me several questions about the unit and the problem, the gentleman I spoke with very candidly told me that he was not the best person to service my refrigerator. He told me that it is possible that it is still under warranty and that I should call GE to have them do the service. He also recommended two different service technicians with other companies who might be able to make the repairs he thought my refrigerator might need (if GE couldn't help me). Because Appliance Pro was so helpful and went above and beyond (in my opinion) to be sure I was getting the best quality service at the best price, I will use them in the future whenever I need appliance repair. I really appreciate what the company did.

Jim was polite, timely, and very professional. He was able to fix our fridge right away! Very happy with this service and will use him again in the future.

The paddle was an integrated part of the front electonics panel, so the part was fairly expensive, but Jim's labor cost was very reasonable. He was extremely knowledgeable and did the job perfectly. I would definitely use Appliance Pro LLC again should I need an appliance repair.

Appliance pro came and was able to quickly replace the hardware on the top rack. They were fast and professional, Jim did a great job.

I've had bad luck with icemakers and another company told me that a 1 month warranty on icemakers is standard. Jim from Appliance Pro came and installed a new higher quality (name brand) ice maker and tested it. This ice maker has a one-year warranty. Jim was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He even advised me regarding my old dishwasher that needs to be replaced (he confirmed my suspicion that it wasn't worth fixing and suggested some brands with a good track record). I will definitely use Appliance Pro for future appliance repair needs.

Our refrigerator. set at 37, was cooling to 27 and freezing our fresh food. After fussing over it for several days, I called Jim, catching him with a midday opening in his schedule. Within half an hour he entered my home, already carrying the part that, indeed, was needed for the repair. He fully explained what he was doing, showed me the broken part, and, like a skilled doctor with a patient, analyzed each sound and each temperature variation as the fridge started up again. The published labor charge seemed rather high, but Jim did give me a discount AND extra time and effort to pull out the unit and clean the jelly roll condenser. whose jacket of dust could easily have caused more problems with the fridge.

Jim was very helpful and very professional. Jim took the time to explain to me why my washing machine was giving an error code of F35. Jim was able to come out the next day after I called him. He was able to fix the machine the next day. Jim even had to run to get a part and he was still back the same day to fix the machine. I really appreciate him going out of his way to get the part we needed and to come back to install it the same day. I would recommend Jim to anyone that needs an appliance repaired.

Technician called me on the same day as I left the message (SUNDAY) and was able to come the next morning! He was extremely professional and explained the problem and options. Appliance Pro is now on speed-dial!

Our refrigerator lost cooling power and Jim was able to come out the same day and replace the board as he had one in his truck. He was very polite and professional. He tested the compressor and everything was running fine. It is back to normal and the freezer is working. I would definitely recommend Jim for any major appliance repair.

I had to remove most of the contents from the refrigerator/freezer. It was Friday and I realized it would be hard to get repairs on a Labor Day weekend. I called Friday afternoon and was thankful that Jim arrived near the end of his working day. After his repairs, it was good as new and the water tasted great!

Jim knows how to take care of business! Good customer service in the way he took the call as well as quickly making his way to my home. The refrigerator had several things going out, Jim quickly diagnosed those, obtained the parts and installed them. Got my refrigerator back on its feet. I will use him again for other large appliance repairs.

Jim came out to fix my dryer that was not turning on. He diagnosed the problem relatively quickly (within 20 minutes) and provided a reasonable cost solution for me. I appreciate his candor, his customer service and his ability to help me understand my options.

.Jim was timely in returning my call, scheduling an appointment and arriving at the appointed time. He diagnosed the problem and said that two parts would needed to be replaced. He ordered parts and came back a couple of days later and installed the new parts. At that time he discovered anther issue that would make the new part short out if not addressed. He recommended getting a new dishwasher instead of further repairs. He took the new parts back out and reinstalled the old parts. He only charged me for one service call even though he was here two times and ordered parts. I appreciate his honest opinion that it would be better to replace the dishwasher and that he did not charge me for the new parts he ordered specifically for my repair. i will most definitely call him again for future issues with other appliances.

After a failed attempt to get the dryer manufacturer's service repairman out to fix the dryer (ha!), I looked up dryer repair and found Jim at Appliance Pro. Our dryer stopped giving off heat so none of our clothes were getting dry. I called Jim Wednesday around noon and he said he would be out Thursday at noon. He called back an hour later and said he had an opening later on Wednesday (same day)! He stopped by and worked on the dryer and said he would be back on Thursday with the new part. Turns out the heating coils were broken (so no heat). He came back on Thursday with the new part and replaced the part. The dryer now works like new and loads are done so quickly now!! We will definitely call Jim whenever ANY of our appliances need service. Thanks Jim!

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about Jim. First off, he was pleasant on the phone. He was driving so he pulled over to take my information and then called me back once he evaluated his day to see if he could get me in today. He was here within an hour and completed the job within 20 min. The issue was that my dishwasher was not draining all the way. At first glance he noticed that the rubber insulation was getting in the way of the float mechanism. He was able to demonstrate to me 2x (with a quick fill and then a push of the cancel button to drain) that the problem was fixed. I had read all sorts of tutorials and watched several Youtube videos on troubleshooting. Side note: none of them made it clear how to cancel a cycle and have the tub drain. I was trying to see if it was clogged even though I was pretty confidant it was not. It would have been useful to know that pushing the cancel button allowed it to drain. Jim was a wealth of information. He advised me that with the age of my dishwasher, that if I have problems again that it is time to replace it. Also, I asked him information about different manufacturers on my other appliances and he gave me great advice. I highly recommend Jim. He is professional, honest, knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy!!!!

It was a relatively easy fix though it still required taking the water sprinkler system apart. When he saw I was interested, he took the time to show me what had caused the problem and how to deal with it in the future. Next time I will try what I learned first. If that doesn't work, I'll know it's time to call the professional in again!

Jim was great. He came the day before and diagnosed the problem in my kitchen aid dishwasher. After discussing with my husband and deciding to repair the appliance. I called Jim back the next day for a complete cost estimate. He returned my call within a couple of hours with the estimate and made the repairs the same day. I was amazed and grateful for his prompt service. Dishwasher works like new.

I started calling other appliance repair contractors from Angie's list that were farther down on the list thinking they'd be able to come faster but none could come for several days or more. Since other reviews of Appliance Pro said Jim was able to come right away, I figured I might as well try. With the first call, I spoke directly to Jim. He was able to come that day several hours from the time of the call. He had the part to fix my dryer and was finished in about an hour. I will definitely call Appliance Pro again.

I called Appliance Pro in the morning of 8/14/15 because my refrigerator was not cooling. They set me up with a late morning appointment for the same day, and they were very prompt in showing up. The work was performed in a timely manner, and Jim was very professional and really knew his stuff. I would definitely use them again.

Jim was great. The refrigerator had frosted up and stopped cooling. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and, most importantly to me (an engineer who needs to know the details), he thoroughly explained what had failed and what the options were. I'm confident that based on Jim's input, the most sensible and economical solution was chosen. I also requested he replace a leaky dishwasher valve and run a new supply line while he was there, which he happily quoted a reasonable price for and took care of after the fridge repair. It's been 2 months since the repairs, and there have been no issues thus far. Jim was on time, professional and personable. I will be giving him a call the next time I have an appliance issue.

I called Jim around 9:30am and he was at my house at noon. He knew exactly what the problem was and had the part in his truck. The refrigerator was defrosted and repaired within an hour and a half. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and why. I will definitely use him again if I need a repair.

Very professional and prompt. Installed new wall oven control board. Very difficult job, was well done. Came back the same day and installed new cables pulleys on dishwasher. Did a very good job.
