I contacted Jim because our microwave stopped heating. On the phone, he immediately let me know that I should consider buying a new microwave since the repair cost can be nearly equal to the cost of a new unit. After considering that option, we decided to have him come take a look and he was at our home within an hour. Jim was courteous and prompt with his work, and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. He also took great care not to to any damage to our kitchen while he was working. Although the repair was not cheap, I believe the price was very fair and I would use Appliance Pro again.

Great. He was able to fix it in about two hours without needing any parts. He de-iced everything and unclogged the drain and it is working fine now. He seems very honest due to how he handled the repair.

Jim came to neighbor's house, determined the problem and quoted a fair price. Neighbor approved. Jim went well out of his way to help them. They wanted to move the refrigerator to another room and Jim and I assisted with ideas to accomplish. Jim went way beyond the service call time to help them understand all the issues moving it and even helped take the refrigerator door handles off to move it and put them back on after the neighbor moved the refrigerator. He did a great job. The problem was the main circuit board failed and was replaced.

Jim was on time, calling in advance to let us know he was on the way. He diagnosed the issue and gave us a fair price. He ran out and got the necessary parts and completed the work same day, no hassle. Would use Jim service again in the future.

Jim was very prompt and professional. He called on his way here....actually before our "window" of time. Once here, he thoroughly checked the ice maker as well as all the water lines. No leaks, but he had to remove an ice block in the ice maker and restart it. He spent several minutes with us explaining what happened and showing us how the water circulation works. We were only charged for a service call, not for the ice maker "repair" or appliance "education". :) Jim was patient, informative, and thorough. We appreciate him and his services!

My first clue should have been when the repairman asked me not to put the cost down on Angie's List as most people would not understand the high price for repairs. Stated it just what it is. I subsequently had two other repairmen and another contractor friend tell me I was gouged. The "compressor kit" was a simple relay switch replaced. An actual compressor would be very expensive to replace. The leak took little time to repair and so did both refrigerator issues. The labor charge on top of the service charge was excessive, in my opinion and others. I will let the receipt speak for itself. Both items were easily accessible. I think sometimes when contractors hear the word Bexley they think "cha-ching". This one? I have dozens of reviews and most are A's and B's. This one is a rare miss for Angie's List and one of my few low ratings.

Diagnosis was made by Appliance Pro that I needed a plumber before he could fix the icemaker. So Appliance Pro was at my home twice but I only paid ONE service call.

Jim located problem and explained to me what was wrong. Estimate was given and work was performed. The outcome was great! I was very impressed with Jim's knowledge of the machine and his level of expertise. I will use again!

Called Jim this a.m. He was able to come out a couple of hrs later...looked at the dryer and immediately knew that the problem was the knob...went to get new one, brought it back and put it on. Great guy...great very very simple experience!

I called them, and they don't do that type of work that I needed. I needed to have a gas stove installed, and they don't do installations. They were accurate when they told me they don't do that type of work.

Due to the whirlpool design the installation was not easy or straight forward. My trial before did not work so I called appliance pro in. The work was done great. Even parts I broke during my trial to install the unit got fixed.

Brought them out to fix a gas oven. He was honest in telling us the replacement part and labor would be as much as a new oven. He only charged us with a consultation.

Jim was very quick to respond to service call, readily identified the problem, and had the necessary parts on his truck to make the repair. Guarantees parts and labor for a year. Very knowledgeable.

I am really impressed with this company! I sent a message on Sunday morning and by Monday morning my appointment was scheduled at a time that worked perfectly. Jim was on time, friendly, and completed the job for a reasonable price. I will definitely use this company again.

Our dryer quit working and Appliance Pro was able to come out the same day. Fees are reasonable and he was done in a snap!

Initially, the repairman could not find the problem. Apparently, there was some electrical shortage, but he could not find the definite problem. He left, but called back later to say he had a new idea. He returned and replaced the light switches on the doors. The refrigerator seemed to return to normal operation. Some time later, months after the repairman's visit, the problem returned. I should note that I live in a condo and all of the units in the complex originally had this model of GE refrigerators. All have had the same problem. Many owners have replaced the refrigerators. Recently, when the problem recurred, I called Appliance Pro, again. The refrigerator corrected itself before he came out, and I cancelled the visit. I appreciated the repairman's flexibility and tenacity in trying to fix an appliance that is flawed.

I called Appliance Pro based on the excellent reviews and Jim lived up to them! He fixed our dryer the same day, actually within a few hours of my call. He was courteous, knowledgeable and explained what was broken and the cost before proceeding. He even noticed one other problem with my dryer and brought the part back to our house after the appt, now that's customer service! I will definitely use Appliance Pro again, thank you Jim.

Jim just came out to fix my washing machine and I was very pleased with the service. I called in yesterday and he was able to get here this morning. Very nice and professional and offered what seems to be a great price. I would definitely recommend him and his service.

This is the 2nd time I've called him in 2 months. First was for the oven. He had the part and immediately repaired it. This time the dishwasher door springs were shot. He ran out to get the parts and was back and had it fixed the same day. Great!

Appliance Pro is an authorized warranty service company. Jerry was very professional and prompt on each appointment. He took the time to explain what he was doing and communicated with Frigidaire tech support to explain the details of our issue to make sure they were involved in the resolution. The fridge works great and we love it.

He's the guy that referred me to the dryer vent people. He was very nice. I would definitely call him again. He was very helpful, very responsive, but I did not use him. We discussed what was going on and he said it would probably be better to have them come rather than him. He sounded very knowledgeable, he seemed to know his business very well. His honesty about not being the right person for the job is a good indication.

I would tell others that they have high quality and honesty. There was one worker. It took 20 minutes. They told me I need to buy a new washer. They told me what to buy and not buy.

The promptness, the fairness in the estimate and the expeditious nature of the repair. My interaction with them was great. They did exactly what we needed.

He's a good guy. I liked their estimate, their quick response. That he repaired it quickly and timely and that it's working great. My interaction with them was great.

Very well, he was very honest and told me the refrigerator was a great model and worth repairing. He also repaired our ice cube maker that had been broken for a long time.
