Can't say enough positive things about my interaction with Jim. He was able to provide same day service, was very honest, did great work for a great price. While I hope I don't need repair services in the future, if I do I will be calling Appliance Pro! Treasure find!

Repairman showed up on time, very informative and professional. Provided helpful info on maintenance.

Jim diagnosed the problem, showed me the broken part and replaced it in a timely fashion. He responded within the hour and was at my house 3 hours later. He had the replacement parts on the truck, which was helpful and didn't require a second visit. He was very professional. Will hire Appliance Pro again.

I'd used this provider previously and was comfortable working with him again. He tried to get the icemaker working again and ended up replacing the unit. We discussed the louver on the microwave and I was given suggestions of newer models to replace the current one which is over 10 years old.

Jim came out, same day, replaced the igniter, and was finished inside of one hour. I'm very impressed with their responsiveness and how quickly the repair was made!

Jim finished early with his previous repair appointment and arrived here 30 min. earlier than scheduled. He wasted no time diagnosing the problem, calling their warehouse for parts availability and cost and giving us an estimate that was nearly to the penny! Upon returning with the parts he began the work right away and showed me the causes of our issue as he worked on it. Though the repair did not call for it; he helped me pull the fridge out, on a board to protect the bamboo floor, and used a shop vac to blow the dust out of the coils. Even with that, he finished in the time he had quoted us! He was professional, kind and courteous the whole time! I'd hire him and Appliance Pro's again without hesitation!

Of course the washer broke on the weekend, but Jim Thompson of Appliance Pro came out promptly, ordered the part, and fixed it on Monday. He was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I would definitely call him for the next appliance repair we need.

Jim was awesome across the board. When getting this type of work done, the top concern is the integrity of the service provider. I had absolutely no concerns about Jim, and you wont either once you meet him. He was responsive, punctual, professional and skilled. He provided me with a quick diagnosis and options to pursue - including doing the work myself to save money. I chose to have Jim complete my repair and I’m more than satisfied with that decision. I’ve found my “appliance guy” for any issues I have in the future.

Great! Jim returned my call within a few minutes and set up an appointment for the next day. He replaced a belt on the dryer. He felt that the dryer might be having motor issues and because of its age, he did not recommend replacing the motor. He said it would be better to replace the dryer if the problem recurred. He only charged me for a service call , which was very generous of him. The dryer has been working great so far.

When I checked out the "authorized repair company" for Samsung here in town, the majority of their reviews were quite negative. So I called Appliance Pro based off the positive reviews. They lived up to the glowing reviews. It all went very well. He communicated well, kept me informed, and did what he said he would do all along the way. I had an excellent experience. I would recommend them.

I called and they came right out! He was fast, friendly, knowledgable, and reasonably priced! I called about my dryer (which he fixed) but then he noticed an issue with my washer and while he fixed that I was able to clean it in places I hadn't before! I would hire him again without hesitation. Cost was $155 which included parts and visit

I called and left message on voicemail that I needed a Saturday appointment. Jim called me back within 90 minutes and asked about the problem. He was very knowledgeable about potential causes and scheduled an appointment for 10:00 AM that Saturday. On Saturday he called at 9:45 AM to let me know he was on his way and arrived at 10:00. He quickly diagnosed the issue and actually described what he expected to find when he took the dispenser apart. The part was deteriorated as he expected, and he replaced it with a new part he had on his truck. He cleared the water line and the ice dispenser so everything was flowing freely. He tested everything to ensure it worked, but cautioned me that my brand of freezer was prone to freezing the line. He even offered to come back and clear the water line if it froze again in the near future. He was timely, professional, and friendly. I would call him again with any appliance concerns.

He charged mostly for the part. He couldn't really fix it. It makes this awful cracking sound and told me not to open it all the way but he fixed the gasket and fixed the spring.

I called him and he was busy and getting ready to leave for spring break. He said he would come by in 20 minutes. He saw what the problem was, went and got it and came back and fixed it right away. I was afraid I wouldn't have an oven for awhile.

Excellent. Came out next day as I called later afternoon Friday and I had a working lid lock by 10:30am!!

Jim inspected our burners to see if there is a gas flow screw to adjust. As he does not normally repair Viking, he contacted a repair friend who does repair Viking. Jim felt it was best to use this person for the repair. Jim was very responsive to the issue and we appreciated that he refused to be paid the service charge even though we insisted. Will definitely use him when needed for our other appliances.

Jim called ahead, arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and solved it effectively.

It was unrepairable and he only charged me for the service call which was reasonable. He explained in detail about what the issue was with the refrigerator and also gave recommendations for other refrigerators when we go to buy a new one.

It went very well. Jim is great to work with.

Came out same day I called to take a look at the oven. Jim went and got the part needed and fixed the oven that day! So happy.

Jim was great. He called 20 minutes beforehand to tell me he was on his way. He explained what was wrong and the cost. Great price for what I needed fixed. We have rental properties so I will definitely use him again. Thanks so much Jim.
