Jim tested the machine & determined that one of the electronic parts was not functioning properly. He had 2 of the parts on hand, but identified that the manufacturer had modified the part since its original build. He went to the LG store and within 30 minutes returned with the part. He spent less than 3 hours total on the project and the washer is now working perfectly. He was very personable and kept us informed throughout the project. From the time I first called him to the time he left was about 6 hours. We are delighted!

Jim was really well spoken and easy to deal with. He was able to fit me in between appointments. When he arrived he went right to work and was able to remedy the problem right away. The price was upfront and I felt like I received superior service. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Jim again for any appliance repair project.

Excellent experience. Repaired only what was broken, gave me usage advice on maintaining my washer. He was able to come check the machine and do the repair the day after I called. Great services and customer relations. Reasonable and good price to repair the washer.

A hard plastic knife handle fell and melted on the heating element in our Kitchenaid. The dishwasher basically has to be almost taken apart to replace the element. The technician did not instill a great deal of confidence that he knew this model and how to change the element; however, he was able to get the plastic off. The cost was around $100. I think that was mostly for the time. The element I had purchased myself for $50 which I will return.

Jim had very straight forward pricing and availability. He was very courteous and professional. He showed up when he said he would, he brought the correct part, and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I would hire him again.

Jim has spent hours pin pointing the issue and has diagnosed the problem and it is now running like it was when new. When I was ready to give up on the washer, Jim just kept working and the machine sprung back to life. I had another service company for the last 15 years and the were great, but no longer in business. I went to Angie's List and found three services that I liked from what I read and called Appliance Pro, and I knew after the phone conversation, I found the person who would do the job and not give up. I am blessed to have found Appliance Pro and will continue to use them and recommend them highly

Went fine - he gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way, which was GREAT. He checked everything out and was on his way quickly. Unfortunately, my 30-year-old fridge could not be saved! But I would definitely call Jim again.

10-year old Frigidaire freezer stopped working. Jim responded the same day and was out the next morning. Went to supplier and secured replacement switch, and when that did not solve the problem, went back to supplier and secured electronic control panel, which did the trick. Gave us parts at his cost, and only charged for one service call. Total bill was 1/2 of what a new freezer would have cost, done within a day, and saved $500-$700 worth of food. New unit would have taken 3 weeks to arrive. Very satisfied.

Appliance Pro repaired my washer that would not fully drain. Jim replaced the pump in the washer and informed me that if this did not resolve the problem, he would charge me for any additional parts but not the extra labor. To me, that is awesome customer service, which means a lot! Appliance Pro will be the first I will call in the future for any appliance repairs.

When I spoke with JT, the owner over the phone, he was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable of his craft. We scheduled an appointment and when he took a look at our appliance, he wasn’t confident if the repair would permanently repair the problem. He recommended purchasing a new appliance. We were thankful because of his honesty, expertise and professionalism. We bought the maker that he suggested that day. We intentionally did not purchase the warranty at the retail store because we will use JT for all of our repairs and maintenance. A trustworthy person. We are grateful.

I called on a Saturday morning. Didn't get an answer, but he called right back, offered to come out in a couple hours and then realized he was already close by so he came out immediately and fixed the problem

He did an amazing job! Fit me in at the last minute, had the part needed, and got it repaired, all within an afternoon! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me understand what happened and what was needed to be done to fix, including pictures. = ) Could not be more satisfied. = )

I first called two other businesses that received A grades here -- one of them took 24 hours to respond that they don't do work on refrigerators, and the second rung out to a VM that asked me to leave a message with my information before hanging up on me (tried 3 times). So I called Appliance Pro, and Jim actually *answered the phone* -- what a novel approach! He set a time to come to the house and check out my fridge the next morning and arrived promptly. He diagnosed the issue but recommended that I not bother with a repair when discovering that the compressor was shot, a fix that would cost almost as much as a new fridge. But he was very professional and knowledgeable, and people in the service/repair/trade business who actually answer the phone and treat such situations with the same urgency I do as a homeowner suddenly without cooling/freezing capabilities deserve acknowledgement. So thanks, Jim. Only paid for the service call but would absolutely hire again for future needs.

I've used their services before for a refrigerator. They have very fair and competitive pricing. I would definitely use them again if we have an appliance issue.

Company was very responsive, able to come out next day, work completed in short order (save for time retrieving just the right part); gentleman doing the repair was professional, timely, etc. Not a terribly involved job, but they don't all have to be ordeals. Price was a little higher than I had hoped, but not outrageous. Would definitely higher again.

While they were not able to repair the Sears Kenmore refrigerator model I have, they were able to tell me that over the phone, and helped me find someone who could repair it. Would definitely hire them for appliances and models they do service.

Jim provided excellent customer service. He answered the phone number personally the first time I called. Offered me two appointment options (same day and next day), and then asked me to text him a picture of the information panel in my fridge so he could come prepared with any parts that might be needed. The day of my appointment everything went as planned and after diagnosing the issue, Jim replaced the ice maker. All was completed in less than two hours. Will definitely call again and recommend to all my friends.

I called on Sunday 6/10 expecting to leave a phone message, but Jim answered, and we set appointment for the next day. He called Monday to advise what time to expect, arrived when he said he would. Very quickly determined that the compressor was shot, and would cost about the same as a new refrigerator to replace. I was not happy to have spent the service call for no work done, but Jim spent about an hour with me, pulling up the part # on his smart phone so I could see the costs involved. He then pulled up examples of new refrigerators available in nearby stores and their various features. Also advised me how to look for energy ratings. By the time he left, I had some good information to work with. OVERALL I FELT THE COST OF THE SERVICE CALL WAS MONEY WELL SPENT. Good job, Jim.

Jim did a great job quickly diagnosing the problem. We discussed cost to repair vs. getting a new one (the refrigerator is 20 years old). He also was very informative on which brands were reliable. Jim was very professional and experienced. I will not hesitate to use and recommend him in the future.

Repair was performed very professionally and carefully with new part and in a short amount of time. Ran cycle...no leaks!

We're going to let the dryer die a natural death. That said, he was responsive, honest, and when/if other appliances develop issues, I'll call him again.

Jim was very thorough and professional and explained everything he did in detail. He is dedicated to the north Franklin and the Delaware County sectors but will travel outside this area if needed.
