Jim from Appliance Pro did a great job fixing our dryer. He returned my calls, and did his best to fit us in as quickly as possible. He showed us exactly what was wrong before doing the repair, and did extra like cleaning out the inside of the dryer. He was very polite and helpful. We would definitely use Appliance Pro again.

Jim was great. He explained everything in detail to me and was very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately but had to leave and get the part since he didn't have it on his van. He also offers a one year warranty on parts and labor which really impressed me. I would highly recommend him and definitely will hire him again if any of my appliances need service.

Jim was beyond amazing! I called him on a Friday at 5 p.m. and not only did he answer my call immediately, but he said he could work me into his schedule that night (he worked late on a Friday night just to accommodate me!) He came to the house within 30 minutes of my call and an hour after calling him, Jim had fixed my microwave! Prompt, excellent communication, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable, Jim went beyond just fixing my microwave, he checked other systems in the unit to ensure that everything was in good working order before declaring that everything was fixed. He’s a good man, fair, and thorough. I will definitely call him again if I ever need an appliance repaired. You will not go wrong if you choose Appliance Pro to fix your stuff.

Jim was able to schedule a service call around my schedule. We were actually able to move it up a day. Replaced heating element and recommended replacing a small pulley while the machine was torn apart. Tested dryer. Everything went smoothly.

I called Jim around 11 am and he had my refrigerator fixed by 4 pm the same day. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Would definitely recommend and call again if needed.

Called Jim at Appliance Pro off of a referral from a freind and could not be happier with the result. Jim was on time and contacted me when he was in route. Jim preformed the work in an appropriate amount of time and was very pleasant and informative along the way. He had the part needed in his van so there was no need for a second trip. Jim tidied up his work area when he was finished and removed the defective part. 👍👍 I have used other larger appliance repair companies in the past but will using Appliance Pro from now on.

Both were working after I had unplugged it and cleaned out the filter of the washer. The stove had a button that I was not aware of that corrected the problem that I was having. He just charged me for the service call though he spent an hour of time. He had traveled ~ 30 min to get to my house,

Our fridge developed a leak in the water line feeding the ice maker and water dispenser. Jim was super responsive in getting back to us and coming out. He ensured he had the parts needed for the job so our refrigerator was fixed quickly, and Jim is very fair and reasonable on pricing. Definitely our go-to for appliance matters.

Jim was excellent. He scheduled me for 2 days later and then when he had a cancellation open up his schedule, called to ask if he could come later that day. He showed up and got straight to work after asking me some questions. I let him do his investigations and he found the cause of it. He explained that I could replace the control board to fix the issue, but while I was in there doing it, it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the entire assembly since it would already be taken apart. He didn't try to push me one way or the other, and was more than happy to explain the benefits and cons of each choice. He was also happy to explain to me exactly what went wrong and even taught me a little bit about how fridges operate. I am a handy person so I opted to replace the part myself and Jim was kind enough to call me a few days later just to follow up and make sure I got the issue resolved. What an fantastic experience beginning to end, I would highly recommend him.
