I had called to get the fridge that stopped cooling. He was courteous on the phone showed up as promised and spent 10 -15 mts in and out, to tell me I need to replace my 5 year old French door refrigerator without diagnosing the problem correctly. Charged $89.95 + tax and walked away as I mentioned earlier in 15 mts to cash my check in the bank. I took his word and started searching for a new fridge. I couldn't digest the fact that a fridge could die completely beyond repair in 5 years. So as a second thought I called the factory tech and I should have done that in first place and saved 100$. BTW I did not replace my fridge, had it fixed by the factory tech for a fraction of new fridge cost.

Very knowledgeable and quick at finding and fixing the problem. Even called to follow up! Very professional. Will use again and definitely recommend.

Great service and no complaints. These gentlemen were real pros, took care of ordering the new ice maker and it was all done quickly. I also thought the price was quite reasonable. They went the extra mile and I will use them again for appliance repairs!!!!

I called Appliance Pro and talked to Jim on Tuesday, explaining to him what my washer was doing. They showed up on Wednesday about Noon with the machine parts Jim determined might be needed. We went over the problems again, and Jim explained that an estimate would be made right then, and I could decide if I wanted them to do the work. I told him to go ahead with the work which required replacing the timer knob and the main control. They worked quickly, quietly and very professionally. Before I paid the bill, he demonstrated the washing machine working and made sure I was pleased with the service. I was! I will definitely recommend Appliance Pro for needed appliance repair.

Problem was not straight forward. Required two trips and multiple parts. Jim’s top priority was making sure his customer was satisfied. He explained our alternatives and provided excellent advice. Problem was resolved and we are an extremely satisfied customer.

Having used the company before, we were pretty confident that they would be able to fix the appliance efficiently and professionally. And, Jim (the owner) and his assistant did! They diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part in their warehouse, so the whole process was pretty quick and painless. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Jim spent time on the phone with me during our initial contact to clearly understand the problem and possible solutions. Once here, the problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. He answered all of my questions and completed the job. Nice work! Definitely will call him again when needed!

Appliance Pro was responsive, prompt, and thorough. The freezer drain was plugged, they had to thaw freezer, clean the drain, and reassemble. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The work was done over a month ago- no problems since then. Very pleased with their work.

I called the Service Provider told him of the situation, he stated he thought he could get me and would contact me later in the day. Called me around 2:30 and was at my door by 2:45. Jim and another gentleman were able to slide the range out and retrieve the wire and install the element I provided. They got everything in place and tested oven to make sure in working order before leaving. The charge consisted of $79 service call and $20 labor. Much cheaper than a new slide in range and eating out.

I called Jim on Sunday afternoon and he was able to come out the very next day. He and his assistant arrived right on time and were very professional introducing themselves when I opened the door. They got right to work asking a few questions and made sure to inform me what they were doing each step of the way. He even showed me a tip regarding how to “deep clean” my lint tray. I appreciated that going-the-extra-mile. They seemed to work very efficiently and were in and out in about an hour or so. They cleaned everything and left the laundry room in the same condition they found it in.

Jim was very professional and very knowledgeable of the Samsung FD refrigerator. He explained all the costs for parts and labor prior to leaving to get the parts needed. Installed the parts and was finished. He was training a young man to help and went into great detail about everything he was doing and why. I will definitely call Appliance Pro for all of our future repairs.

I've known Jim for a number of years and have depended upon him and his team for appliance repairs. He is an expert in diagnosing the full spectrum of appliance products and his diagnosis are spot on. You can depend on Jim and his team. His candor in assessing whether or not an appliance can (or should be) repaired is greatly respected. Jim takes the time to explain why the problem is occurring and may suggest a set of "best practices" when it comes to proper use and care of any appliance. Highly recommended. Jim will be the first call I make when faced with an appliance that is not operating properly.

Jim at Appliance pro was great. Called him Monday evening and by Wednesday afternoon our dryer was diagnosed and running again. I would definitely use Appliance pro again.

Dryer showing E61 message , the diagnosis was not done properly . He replaced the parts and charged me $258.00 without fixing the issue . Promesse me to come back to give a second look , but never done it over 1 month now .

Jim is a knowledgeable, professional repairman who was able to troubleshoot for us. A lightening strike can have a serious effect on appliances, as well as being a frightening occurrence. Jim called when he was on his way, arrived on time and helped solve the problem with our double ovens. A few years ago Jim repaired my washing machine and it’s been working great. I would recommend him for any appliance repair.

Went very well. He came out and fixed the problem and actually did more work that he normally doesn't do so he went above what he was hired to do. Definitely would hire him again!

Jim was not the first I quoted and not the fastest one responded to my call, but his price and service are best. Very professional, quickly to identify the problem, you can tell he's a master of all kinds of appliances. Watching him to perform the job is like watching an artist to paint.

Great. On time and found the issue right away

Jim was great and really lived up to the billing. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and PUNCTUAL!! REALLY appreciated that. He assessed the probable issues, discussed with me a plan of action, and we determined the 'go/no go' scenarios for the repair. Unfortunately for me, mine was a 'no go' situation, so he didnt get to fix it, but I appreciated his candor, and preference to not force unneeded repairs. I will definitely use him again!
