I contacted them through Angie’s List and they messaged we back saying they could be there the same day. This was after another company said the first available date was 3 weeks away. They came on time, diagnosed the problem, and told me the refrigerator needs a new compressor but they could clear out the ice and make it work until I could arrange to get a new refrigerator. Great service! Couldn’t ask for more!

I called Appliance Pro LLC late in the evening on a Thursday night with the intention of leaving a voicemail. Much to my surprise, the owner of the company (Jim) answered. He must work all the time! I was looking for a second opinion on whether or not to repair my 10 year old Whirlpool Cabrio washer. Here is why I am rating Appliance Pro LLC so high... from the information I provided over the phone, he could’ve set up an appointment and charged me a service call charge - which I was prepared to pay. But he didn’t. He even went as far as to confirm the diagnosis from the other service company and m ake a recommendation for a replacement machine. Jim is an honest man and I will definitely use his company in the future if I have appliance issues.

They determined that the compressor for the fridge was failing and recommended replacing the fridge rather that repairing. They replaced the heating element in my oven and it is working fine. I would highly recommend them, and will consider no one else if I have need of their services in the future.

I hired Appliance Pro to come out to address issues I was having with my dryer. They were able to fit me in their schedule quickly and were very courteous and professional throughout the repair. They addressed the problem quickly and got it repaired and all put back together in a very reasonable amount of time. Same day response was provided on a problem with a leaking water supply intake solenoid. Also provided information on using OEM filters. Very happy with the prompt and professional service.

Jim and Andrew were very thorough and checked the inside air flow, door seals and cooling of both, refrigerator and freezer. Jim gave a recommendation for me to resolve the issue and saved me ~$200. Will definitely be using them in the future.
