Clearly, since we called Tony back two more times, we have been pleased.

I've used him once. The people that came out were very professional and I had no complaints whatsoever. He was reasonably priced. They do an excellent job. He's reasonable on the estimate. He over quoted because he assumed it included removing the whole vanity and when he realized he didn't have to, he dropped the price accordingly. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him. He was there on time. In fact I'm planning on giving him a call and get some remodeling work done in my basement.

We could not be happier with Ansten's professionalism, quality of work, and price. I received estimates from three different contractors for the same job--finishing the walls, ceiling, and floors of an unfinished closet measuring about 12 by 6 feet. Ansten provided a free estimate which included all materials and labor. We decided to go with Ansten because it's estimate was free (unlike one of the other contractors), it was responsive, and it gave the lowest price quote. We set up a time for the work to be done several weeks later. Tony came and finished the job over the course of five days. He was very accomodating and professional and completed the job to our satisfaction. He even put a coat of paint on the drywall which we did not expect, but did appreciate! We would not hestitate to call Ansten again for a similar job. A+ all around.

I used Angie's email service to contact several service providers to get estimates. Tony promptly responded to my email. We was able to come to the house in a timely manner to provide me with an estimate. He showed up on time and reviewed the project with me. He sent me an estimate by email the following day. After reviewing quotes, I hired Tony to do the work. He was able to do the work on the day that I needed him to do it. This was important given the project involved several vendors and the timing was important. The install went well. This project required the coordination of 4 different service providers. First was a plumber to run a gas line from the basement to the kitchen. During this install the provider informed me that a new 110 electrical line would be needed to replace the 220 line used by the old electric range. I called Tony the day before he was scheduled to do the work and asked him if he could install this new line. Tony was up front with me and advised me that while he does some electrical work such as install outlets and such, he suggested that I should hire an electrician given that installing new lines from the electric patch panel was not something he felt comfortable doing. I was able to line up an electrician for the next morning and Tony was able to move back our scheduled time to later in the day. He was very accommodating. Tony showed up on time and set to work. As these projects can go, there were some minor surprises when Tony started the work. He had to do some on the spot carpentry work to fit the stove into the existing old cabinetry. Tony needed to come back the next day to complete the project as it took a bit longer to complete due to the minor issues he encountered. On both days of work, Tony cleaned up and hauled away the debris from the project. A minor detail was I found a few small nails in the kitchen (or should say my cat found them). They were hard to see and our lighting is not great so I might have missed them too. The new range was installed properly, and I'm very pleased with Tony's work. I will be hiring him to do some other projects.

He is very professional and a pleasure to work with, always contacts me to confirm his dates and lets me know if any delays or problems. Gives me good ideas on various projects and goes out of his way to find the right solution.

Tony came within a reasonable time-frame after our initial contact to evaluate the room. He was professional and told us to expect a quote within that week. We never received a quote nor did we get a follow-up call. Needless to say, we did not use his services.

It went great, the gentleman was prompt at calling back answered all of my questions and performed the work exactly the way we agreed. He was within budget and finished timely.

We wanted to leave town and come back to a new kitchen. Tony got the job done as requested and was responsive and professional. Perhaps most notable of all, he came back at a time convenient to us to finish out a short "punch" list.

I contacted Tony by phone and left a voice mail. He contacted me the same day and came out to my house to see what needed to be done and to also provide me with an estimate. Tony gave me a date and time to paint the vinyl siding above my garage door. He showed up on time, put two coats of paint on the area and did an excellent job. I would definitely hire him again. Tony is very responsive, prompt and professional.

Tony came out very promptly to see what we needed. One job he told us he couldn't do--which I appreciated--and he gave us quotes for the rest. He worked very hard with us to get this work done because we had to have it done in July and he was already pretty well booked. He is very responsible, does outstanding work and cleans up when he is done. I don't think you can ask for more. I am making another list and hoping to schedule with him in the near future.

It went very smoothly. He arrived on time and finished early. No issues what soever. I am working on my do list at our new house and plan on giving him a call in the near future.

He was very professional. He called us before the appointment time to let us know he was running late. He was even pleasant and flexible when we had to run out to exchange a wrong part and willingly returned a couple of hours later after we fixed our mistake. He was very thorough and patient and was willing to work with us to ensure our satisfaction with balancing the fan. Would definitely use again.

Tony is great to work with. He keeps you informed as to when to expect him to arrive and what he intends to do to finish your project. We needed some railroad ties replaced on our deck area. He did a great job and was very neat in cleaning up the debris. He also did some replacement cedar boards on our house. Another time he did some odd jobs around the house. His rates were great and his work was exactly what we wanted.

They did a good job but I felt the price was a little high.

He is fabulous. I use him all the time. I can't remember what I paid for the job. He is coming to patch a wall that was cut apart when the washing machine drain was replaced. He is my go-to guy. He is a wonderful kid. He is polite and easy to work with. He does a good job and I would definitely recommend him. He is very reasonable.

Tony arrived on time to give estimate and to repair drawers. Did fine job. Highly professional. WIll use again.

Overall, we could not be more pleased. The price was fair as judged by comparison with other bids received. The work was first rate and Tony is polite, personable and very professional.

From the first phone contact, Tony was responsive and professional. He always returned calls and e-mails when he said he would. He scheduled our job quickly, showed up promptly and worked very hard from start to finish. The job site was cleaned up afterward and the dumpster was removed the next day. We have hired Tony to do repair work for our parents' home and we will give him first opportunity for any repair work that we need to have done in the future.

He was on time, had all the materials, finished the job, and cleaned up after himself. I was so happy to find a person with such good work habits. I have lots of projects that I will hire Ansten Handyman Services to complete for me.
