Response from Ansten Handyman Services
On Tuesday May 12th, I had an appointment to meet with [Member Name Removed] to discuss installing a deck over his rear brick patio. I arrived on time for our meeting to discuss the project in depth. At the conclusion of our meeting I told [Member Name Removed] I would get back in a few days with an estimate for the work. On Friday May 15th I sent an estimate via email to the email address given to me by [Member Name Removed]. I never heard back from him after the time of our meeting so I assumed he received my estimate and decided to go with someone else since I never heard back from him. I am very sorry [Member Name Removed] did not receive my estimate. It is very possible I wrote the email address wrong, or it was sent to someone else or was lost in transition. I have had situations like this happen in the past. Normally if something like this happens, I receive a call back from the person who didn't receive the estimate. They will inform me that they didn't receive an estimate and I then have a chance to resend the estimate. I did not get a call back from [Member Name Removed] stating he didn't receive the estimate, therefore I had no idea. If he would have called me, I would've gladly resent the estimate. In the future, I will follow up to insure the estimate has been received. Again, I am very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused [Member Name Removed] Tony DeMuzio Owner Ansten Handyman Services, LLC
