+ -1 moreWhen we set up the appointment for the home inspection, we told them that we were only interested in learning about their system and the costs associated with it. When salesperson arrived at our home, he inspected the current system and advised on the upgrade and costs. Costs and equipment were only guaranteed if we signed up to purchase a system that day (with three days to cancel order). Since we weren't ready to place an order, salesperson called owner to discuss. Owner wanted to speak with us, trying to convince us to purchase his system that day and wouldn't take "no" for an answer. After lengthly discussions, we were finally able to make the owner and salesperson understand that we were not interested in purchasing a system that day. Based on that interaction, we will not purchase a system from 24-7.

They answered all our questions, even repeating the answers when we asked the same questions. I am recommending 24/7 Protection Services to my friends and family in central Ohio. Evan runs a top-notch home security company.
Description of Work: 24/7 consulted with us about a proper ADT home security system for our needs. Within 24 hours, installation of the system was complete and we were taught how to use the security services. They even saved us the cost of a phone line by installing a cellular device to run the alarm. The company offers a wide range of security options, including alarms for home and business owners.
