+ -1 moreContractor did not use pressure treated lumber. The deck floor has curling lumber that I have tripped over repeatedly, boards have shrunk to the point that they are no longer on the the frame, cap rails are curved and joints do not fit together. I have called this contractor repeatedly and he has promised to come by and fix this mess, so far he has not shown up. I have taken pictures of his work for documentation. He got a large insurance check and ripped us off. He will not return phone calls. He is based in Portsmouth, Ohio and is one of the contractors recommended by Lowe's.
Description of Work: Replaced a large two story deck that an oak tree knocked down.
