This time was an emergency for the removal of Yellow Jackets. Rich was prompt and stated even though he was backed up he would get to me asap.

Rich was very prompt and got right to work. He explained exactly what he was going to do and found a nest of wasps and yellow jackets where I didn't know one was and took care of that as well. He waited around to make sure the problem was taken care of. I will be calling them in the fall to do a general spray around my house and garage. If I ever have a problem again I will call them again and have shared this experience with my neighbors.

We prepaid for a second visit, have tried to set it up, had it scheduled, still no show. Quite irritated to pay for services and not have them rendered. I would not recommend to any one to use this service at this point.

Showed up and performed initial treatment but repeated calls for a follow-up treatment were pretty much ignored. Several appointments were made but they never showed up or called to cancel. Would not use their services again.

It started off well, with a phone call when I left my number, and we got the time scheduled quickly for a good price. Rich was fine on the phone, a bit late for the appointment. We saw no bugs for a few days, then one silverfish. A few days later another. We were told that if we saw more silverfish within a month to call and they would come back and spray again for free. We called. They didn't respond. We waited a few weeks, saw more silverfish, called again. No return call. I We still have not heard back from them, so I can't recommend the serivce--and we still have silverfish.

We had a terrible ant problem. No matter what we tried-we couldn't get rid of them. Within 5 minuets of submitting my request, Rich called!! He came over the next day. Our problem was so bad, that he installed a special barrier around the foundation to prevent any further infestation. That also prevents termites too! We would use Supreme Pest Control again!
