 + -1 moreIt went well. My husband helped the employee in locating the water meter, etc. and because of that, they did not round our bill up to $300. The repair took less than two hours and the employee was very knowledgeable on what to do to fix the issue. Although out landlord was not happy we did not use her local plumbing company, we were happy with the service and the punctuality of the employee at Roto-Rooter. I feel they charged us a fair price and I would use them again.
Description of Work: They fixed a leak that was flooding our house with water. We had called several plumbers and they were the only ones we could get to actually come fix it.

 + -1 moreI was very pleased with their work ethic. They arrived and had to dig up part of the driveway.They dug up only what they had to which was up by the house. They made the replacement and finished up at 1:00 am because of a problem underground. The driveway was finished the next day. Before Roto Rooter came I had almost no water pressure. Now I can take a shower at the same time the washing machine is running etc. They did a great job.
Description of Work: Had the water line replaced from the street to the house. When they discovered a problem underground with the plumbing they stayed until 1:00 am to finish it. The city service department (city of Portsmouth) was even called to ok what they wanted to do.
