+ -1 moreFirst of all if I could have rated overall experience a plus i would have. This was an absolutely fantastic experience. Job well done. Will recommend to everyone I know. The men gave a hundred plus percent. Unusual in these times. Thank you Lotts Plumbing and heating.
Description of Work: Replaced pipe under sink. Put kitchen faucet in. Replaced valve in toilet tank. Basically restored water to whole house.

Description of Work: John replaced a bathroom faucet and kitchen sprayer in our Airstream trailer which was leaking. We have used Lott's on numerous occasions and they are always ready to help and prompt. They repaired 3 commodes that were leaking in our home a year earlier. They have guided us in not purchasing things other plumbers thought we needed and we are thoroughly satisfied with Lott's as our plumber!!! VERY satisfied. Also, always clean and friendly.

+ -1 moreThey dug ditches around that were open for months, in the middle of the winter. I am disable and rolling around in a wheel chair. They dug around my pipes and the water was froze for 2 months. They hit my mobile home with one of their bobcat digging machines. They tried to tell em they were not responsible for any damage they did to my house.
Description of Work: They were doing a job for the owner of the mobile home park.
