Description of Work: I can't remember the date or cost but Scott came and fixed my washer and dryer. He was very professional and I remember that his price was fantastic. He had the part I needed on his truck and fixed it that day. Also his response time to my problem was wonderful.

+ -1 moreI found Literal Appliance Repair on this website. I called Thursday morning and Mr. Literal said he would be in town that day and met me that afternoon. He had the part needed for the repair, and was able to fix the freezer that day! Great service and a fair price. I will call him again for any appliance repairs without hesitation.

+ -1 moreCalled them an John (repair tech) new exactly what i was needing fixed on washer as soon as I described the problem. He quoted me A price and was ready to even be there that day. I couldn't because of job so we set a time for the following day when my son could be there. He called to verify appt. and was there on time. He had the problem fixed in no time. He charged exactly as quoted an nothin more. He an his wife were very professional and nice to deal with.. I never knew either of them before this. I found this company on this site which really is helpful when trying to determine who to trust when looking for a company . I would definately use their services again an would highly recommend .
Description of Work: My washer would wash the clothes but would not drain or spin. I narrowed the problem down which was a broken lid switch. That is what they came an repaired... They fixed the lid switch problem an now thank goodness I have a washer again..

Description of Work: My dryer needed a heating element replaced. Mr. Literal came out that same day and had it replaced in no time. He does all my appliance repair and I don't ever consider calling anyone else. He is professional, honest and does the job right.
