+ -1 moreWe purchased a 100 year old building is desperate need of a paint job. Poor old girl still had lead paint in some places. Tom and his team pressure washed, scraped and painted. They also did carpentry work in places (after consulting us of course). Completely reasonable pricing. Our building looks entirely different, it’s fantastic.
Description of Work: pressure washed our building, scraped old paint, painted, took care of carpentry work that desperately needed correcting.

+ 0 moreTom Oberly started the job 2 weeks late and did not come and do the job himself. Instead he sent and employee that worked 2 hours power washing incompletely and damaged my wood porch floor in the process. It took 2 months before he would correct my porch floor or return my deposit. An extremely negative experience with Seaway Services!
Description of Work: I contracted with him 12/2011 and gave a 25% deposit to have my house, garage and barn power washed and all wood trim to be painted beginning May 1, 2012 ..
