Description of Work: Mr. Rosiar installed a new HVAC system fro me when I was out of the country. At the time I was living and working in Turkey. He installed it, cleaned up after the installation, and left all pertinent documents for the machinery. Everything was in pristine condition and functioning well when I returned this July.
