Carol Morgan and the rest of the team at Morgan Realty Group were enlisted with the task of selling my house during what we now all recognize as the worst housing market in recent history. The sale of my home was not uncomplicated. In fact, the day I was to meet to sign the listing papers, a broken hot water heat pipe was discovered and delayed the listing while needed repairs were made. Yikes, what a way to start! From the listing day, thru the crash of the national real estate market, thru the showing process, thru offers and finally swooping in and resolving last minute hiccups at closing, the Morgan Realty Group team went far above and beyond what I expected from a Realtor. Selling your house is never a fun process but the professional standards and individual attention my sale was given made it so much easier. They gave great practical advice on what buyers were looking for and how to make my home show well to them, (as well as advice on what not to waste money on). They took really nice pictures of the home for listing on the internet...which is a key point when so many buyers are using the internet to generate their list of homes that they want to see. Your first impression starts with that listing. They took good photos and listed my house using multiple photos as well as a very enticing (yet truthful) written description. Based on that, I really believe that the buyers who were shown my home by other realtors were better informed and the right kind of clients for my home. They helped me find contractors when the buyer gave us a punch list to do before closing, and smoothed over an unexpected last minute demand from the buyer. Given that my closing and move out were happening during a difficult time in my life, they recognized that and offered even more assistance (which I declined, but will always be touched by the offer). In working with them, I had the occasion to be in their office frequently and often heard first hand some of the guidance and assistance they were offering other clients, and so I know that my case was not unique to them. They always go the extra mile. I would use them again....in fact, I wouldn't use anyone else. l
