+ -1 moreMarine City Sales is a husband and wife team. The wife is in the office and the husband is on the job site, there is no communciation between the 2. There was never any attempt to work extra hours or hire and an extra crew to get the job done in a timley manner. I have now heard every excuse in the book to why a job can not get completed. Un- proffessional attitudes and poor workmanship. I had to hire outside labor to repair roofing and shingles after our first winter storm ( i would NOT call marine city sales back to home ever). He proceed to spend a hour pointing out everything that is wrong with my finish work, roof, siding, gutters, etc. This was the worst experience in my 66 years of life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: I ordered a manufactured home/ -pre fab home in 2 pieces from a factory. marine city sales was the chosen builder in my area from the factory. I was verbally told and it is written in the hand out "a modular home introduction, your pocket guide to modular homes" given to me at their office , that it would take 4- 6 to put the home together. It took over 12 weeks.
