They may have removed the asbestos and honored the quote even though I was told the job took longer than expected but they didn't clean up very well. I had to wash the walls and doors in spots to remove black hand prints and smears. I'm finding out that this doesn't come off very easily and I'm going to have to repaint some areas to cover up the marks. The cracks in the laminate wood floor had an oil on it which I assume was to catch any loose particles but the floor never got wiped up so I had to wash the hall flooring. They removed my baseboards and did not reinstall them. When I asked them to come back out and reinstall them, they did but when I went in to check the work a couple of days later, they left out 5 of the 8 corner trim pieces that I found on the closet shelves which I am assuming is where they left them when they took them off. Now I need to go back in, remove all the baseboards again so I can put the corner trim pieces in place. I had already paid them before double checking the baseboard reinstall so shame on me. Overall I would say they are fine as long as you are home and inspect everything before they leave. Unfortunately for me, this was at our rental property and I was not available to oversee the project so I was not able to have these things corrected before they left. Jacob did want to make it right so I would say the customer service is good. After already having them out a 2nd time I figured there was no use in calling for a 3rd time to correct the problem again so I will try to do the trim myself.

The Erie team put in an extra half days work to finish my basement. They did a great job and honored the original quote they gave me even though the job was bigger than expected. They also coordinated the work with the furnace company that will follow them. Hardworking and honest company.

I had a very large residential asbestos abatement job and the Erie Environmental crew worked steadily to get it removed. All the guys were courteous and professional. My job did end up getting pushed back a couple of days due to a prior job taking longer than expected but this delay was communicated and extra crew added to largely adhere to their original schedule.

they did a great job removing asbestos shingles that had been in place over 60 years. These were wall shingles on the outside. I had to have Erie Environmental after I learned that as of january 1 of this year that most all insurance companies will not only write new policies on a house with asbestos on/in it , but, should a representative of your insurance company or if you have a claim and they discover asbestos they can cancel you on the spot.

Hired Erie Environmental for asbestos removal job. Three guys came in on a Saturday and worked hard entire day. Plus they completed the job at lower price than competitors. I am pretty satisfied: Low price, and job completed.

Great experience! They were very knowledgeable about taking the samples and what the company does if the samples test positive for asbestos. I highly recommend this company!

They were quick to respond to the query about asbestos testing, courteous, and professional. We did have to have abatement, and while there was a little trouble scheduling, once we got scheduled, the service was also quick, courteous, and professional. Asbestos abatement is expensive, but with that in mind, I think Erie Environmental's price was fair. I would definitely recommend them.
