Erie Environmental gave us options and suggested the best method to remove mold in the basement, which was not the most expensive. I was impressed with their, knowledge, work ethic and cleanliness. The men also explained what the procedure would be and how long they expected to finish the work. Would definitely hire them again, but hope I don't have to (because that would mean I have mold!)

The company sends the test samples out of state to be tested by a licensed testing facility. I received the results, which did indicate asbestos was present under my current flooring. The company is planning to do the asbestos abatement this month. So I would prefer to rate the abatement portion following their completion of that portion of the project.
