Albert “Big Al” Tromm started the business in October 1993, and it has remained a family-owned and operated enterprise while growing ever since. Even now, with Big Al enjoying retirement, four members of the Tromm family are active in the day-to-day operation of Quality Window Systems. Sons Carl and Clayton manage the business and their wives, Barbara and Kim, handle the financials and customer service. Quality Window Systems began with a location on Court Street in downtown Pomeroy, but the growing business outgrew its initial showroom and led the Tromm’s to move out to more spacious accommodations. The formula of success at Quality Window Systems is: Customer first, prompt, on time installations (most installations can be completed in one day), personal and professional service. Our family cares about your family. Quality Window Systems deals directly with the factory and passes along the savings to the customer. Whether you prefer the basic, clear glass window or top of the line upgrades, such as: grooved glass, painted exterior, wood grain interior, etc., Quality Window Systems can satisfy your every need. They only use the best products available in vinyl replacement windows: virgin vinyl, fully welded sash & mainframe, 21st century glass technology and a lifetime transferable warranty.

I am highly satisfied with the companys performance and would recommend them to family and friends. Immediately upon arrival they begun their task at hand and within 3 hours the old patio door was out and the new one in. The interior trim was nicer than what was previously installed. Upon their completion I inspected the work and was very pleased with the end result.
Description of Work: Company removed existing patio door and replaced with new patio door. I had requested new interior trim replace the old trim.
