Let me tell you ..these guys were amazing. They were incredibly considerate of our needs pertaining to our animals. All of the employees were very nice , respectful and professional in every sense of the word. The work was performed to the highest standards. If we had any questions they answered them right away. They always made us feel included with all aspects. A special note of recognition to Dave. He went above and beyond in every way. Thank you so much. Also John , Joey ,Mark , Nick and Veto were incredible professional and polite and just nice guys to have around your home. I mean seriously we got to know the entire crew. Thay made the whole job easy on us. They were always timely and communicated with us fully. Will definitely be contacting them for all our future needs. Thank you so very much for the work you did for us.

They came and estimated below everyone else. Their windows are a good quality. Put them in faster than I could believe. I live about 60 miles away and had a neighbor let them in. By the time I got there, they were gone, and I had all new windows. It was great.

This company never did any work. A very nice gentleman came out, said he was the son of the owner. We spent about an hour going over everything i was looking for. He said he would email me within 48hrs the estimate. I have still to this day never heard anything from him. I did not waste my time calling and tracking the information down. I assume if you cant even take the time to send an estimate then you do not want the business that bad!

Professional job

Provider was prompt to come to our home to give an estimate for wind damage to our garage roof. He showed us shingle samples from the trunk of his vehicle, gave us an approximate verbal quote and said he would e.mail official quote within 24 hours. Quote never arrived. I called their office several days later (approx. 2 weeks thinking he was busy and couldn't get to quote). I got one of the co-owners on the line. I explained to him the situation. He promised to get back to me promptly but never did. We contracted with someone else and got a fantastic job for about $1000.00 less than the Pitzulo quote. I had wanted to use Pitzulo Bros., but, it ended up working out for the best NOT to use them.

They were punctual and courteous. Will definitely use again.

Did not go so well. The appointment was scheduled on a Monday at 6pm. There was a bad rainstorm on that day and I did not hear from PItzulo until 35 minutes later. He wanted to still come out, but I said we can reschedule. The next scheduled appointment went well. He did a very good job in the walk through in telling me what I needed. I actually did not need a roof unless this was something that I wanted to get done. He said that they work with the insurance companies and if I would give the number they would do the communication with them. I did not receive an estimate at that time. He said if I called into the office his mother handles that information and I could get the information from her. In the meantime I met with my insurance adjuster and he told me that I didn't need a roof because it was fine. I did need to get the ceiling drywalled or re-plastered and also the tile replaced in the bathroom. I called Pitzulo's to schedule this and was told that they were only going to do the other jobs because I was getting a roof. If I didn't get the roof, they were unable to do this job. I was very disappointment because this could have been stated up front when I was trying to get an estimate for work to be done.

My experience with them was fantastic. i would recommend them to anyone. We had them to do several jobs for us they were fairly priced compared to others. The people who come out to give you the quote are actually the ones who do the work. We would use them again in the future if we needed.

I liked them, they're professional, I just went with another company I felt they suited my needs a little bit better. I went with Valentino Roofing, I think they're part of Angie's List also but I didn't search them, I already signed them before I decided to get Angie's List. I picked someone else and I hope that I would never need anybody else.

The workers showed up at the house on time and even worked in the rain. They were polite and courteous at all times and showed professionalism in their work. I would hire this contractor again if I needed more projects done. Leonard Thiel
