Description of Work: Fenner is very unprofessional, I had problems with my furnace and the guy came in and gave me a different thermostat he went down stairs where my furnace was and complained of how small the area was, he claimed that he cleaned the furnace out...he did not! he did some banging around and more complaining then came upstairs and said that it should be fixed. I had to call ANOTHER company BLACKS FURNACE REPAIR IN SHELBY OHIO and that guy was there for 3 hours fixing what actually needed to be fixed he said that whoever installed the furnace had it cranked up on max everything and that's why it was shutting down all the time. DO NOT USE FENNER!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: I used Fenners Plumbing to look at my hot water heater and he replaced a connecting pipe for the sewer line.
