I didn't own a pump of my own, so when I was unsuccessful at getting the last of the water out of my old liner, they came out early to pump the remainder of the water out. In a fairly short time, they had the new liner installed. Unfortunately, the next day part of the liner had come loose. However, when I called them about it, they came out that same evening and worked in the pouring rain to make it right. The liner has been installed for about a month now, and is working out fine. They also called me to be sure everything was ok.
