They did a great job.

From our first contact with Yoders, we were impressed. They returned phone calls promptly, and easily communicated via email as well for written estimates and drawings. We had to wait a few weeks for them to actually come out and do the estimate, but that was due to their backlog of work. We knew that was a good sign - to be in demand! By the time Yoders came and gave us the estimate, we had talked with 4-5 other contractors and were more educated and focused on what we wanted. Yoders took the time to ask us about what we were looking for in the fencing, which was to contain our two dogs. We were interested in vinyl but were unsure of whether we could afford it. Yoders showed us a vinyl fence style used for pools, which was about 40% less expensive than a traditional vinyl picket fence. We actually liked this style better and would not have considered it if they hadn't alerted us to this possibility. We compared their estimate to another good company, and Yoders was still about $800 cheaper than the competitor. We decided to hire them. On the day the install was scheduled, a crew of two came to our house to do the work. We walked the property and went over all the details. At different points in the install, the crew ran into challenges with tree stumps and roots, but they continually consulted us about the choices we could make with the install. In addition, the crew leader was a great aide in helping me negotiate with my neighbor to take down an old fence between our properties and just replace it with the new vinyl. The crew went above and beyond by closing off the gaps between fences that this created so that my neighbor wouldn't have to worry about his dog slipping through the fence. The work was completed on time, very neatly, and with care and respect for our property and that of our neighbors. We would highly recommend Yoders to anyone looking for a vinyl fence solution.

They did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and reasonably priced. They clean up after themselves. I have recommended them to others. They had a caring attitude regarding my project. They considered my needs and they were wonderful to work with. What else could I ask for.

They were very careful of both our yard and the the neighbors' properties. I have not heard of any problems from the neighbors.

The entire experience was great. We have a sloping back yard and were concerned about the fence looking nice and keeping our small dogs inside. They came up with a plan that fit our needs and looks so good we could not be happier with it. The crew that did the installation was very good, they were hard working, neat and conscientious.

We had Yoders come out in the summer but, because we had a big vegetable garden, we held off till fall before the fence was installed. The gentleman that installed the fence worked very hard everyday but the weather slowed things up for a couple of days. By the way, the gentleman that was the forman or head guy was one of the owners--John Hochstetler. He was very conscientious and made sure that all was well. There were a total of three men working. When the project was finished he made sure that I was informed that one of the sections of the fence was below par and that they were sending for a new piece and it would be installed soon. John's brother, Dan Hochstetler, came out the next day with the new fence. We love our fence and would recommend the Yoders highly. They take real pride in their work.

No response ... apparently they don't need the business.

We liked dealing with them. They were not contracting it out; their own people did the work. We did not have any bad experience with them. We had got bids from 2 different companies and Yoder?s was the most fair. We are satisfied with the work they did.

Yoders did a wonderful job, they came when they said they would to measure our existing fence and to discuss options. They identified areas in our landscaping ahead of time that might have some "damage" with the old fence removal and new fence placement, although the actual disturbance to our plants was very minimal, and they preserved the hardscaping without any damage. We didn't know ahead of time if the termite issue would complicate the removal from our property of the old fence, but it was not a problem for Yoders. The only area they could work on is communication. We sent in our deposit, but had to call them ourselves when we hadn't received any commuication that they had recevied it, to make sure they had and that the fence construction order had been placed. They did call us when the fence was ready, to arrange the delivery date. Once it was installed we initially just got an email invoice for the balance on its own, and then a few days later got a more personal contact from the salesman, making sure we were happy with the work. We are very happy with our fence and would definitely use them again.

They were very professional and they did a ggod job. They kept us informed through out the whole process.

My insurance payed for most of it. I just paid the deductible. I was very satisfied. The fence isn't coming back down now. They were very professional.

They did excellent work and used high quality materials. They were willing to do a small job, which is sometimes hard to find.

Our overall experience with Yoder's, Dan, staff was exceptional. Their courteousness, professionalism, conscientiousness, and the excellent product and work done can be surpassed by no company in our experience. Compliment abundance from neighbors and friends as to appearance and work...most importantly we are very satisfied.

ONLY A FEW COMPANIES HAD AN AUTHENTIC COLONIAL VA PICKET FENCE. OF FOUR QUOTE REQUESTS, TWO SAID THEY WOULD NEED TO LEVEL THE GROUND FIRST, WHICH WE DID NOT WANT. YODERS HAD THE 3RD HIGHEST QUOTE, BUT AFTER MEETING THE REP AND SEEING AN INSTALLED PRODUCT WE SELECTED YODERS. THEY INSTALLED THE FENCE IN VERY COLD, VERY VERY MUDDY CONDITIONS. THEY HAND DUG (WITHOUT QUESTION) ALL THE POSTS NEAR BURIED LINES. THE CREW REMEMBERED TO REVERSE HANG THE GATE (WHICH WE HAD REQUESTED FROM THE SALES REP WEEKS EARLIER) BUT FAILED TO REMEMBER TO TELL THE CREW. THE CREW SPENT HALF THE DAY LAYING OUT AND CALCULATING THE VARIOUS SLOPES. WHEN THE INSTALL WAS DONE, THE FENCE WAS COVERED IN MUD, THE YARD AREA WAS NOTHING BUT RUTS AND PUDDLES. WHEN THE CREW LEFT, THE FENCE WAS PERFECTLY WHITE AND THE MUD HAD BEEN LEVELED SUCH THAT YOU COULD NOT A FOOT HAD TROD THROUGH IT THAT DAY. OUTSTANDING PRODUCT, OUTSTANDING INSTALLATION, GOOD PRICE.

THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND TRIED TO KEEP MY YARD AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. PUT EXTRA DIRT IN PLACES THAT WOULDN'T KILL THE GRASS. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY DID TO ME. OTHER THAN HAVING TO PAY FOR HARD DIGS OF THE POST, I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH YODERS

I WAS IN A TIME CRUNCH, BUT EVERY TIME I WOULD CALL IT WOULD TAKE 3-4 DAYS TO HEAR BACK.

DAN WAS THOROUGH AND GOOD TO DEAL WITH. HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HAD GREAT SUGGESTIONS ON THE OVERALL PROJECT. WE GOT WEATHERED ON OUR FIRST SITE VISIT ATTEMPT. THE QUOTE WAS A LITTLE SLOW IN COMING BACK, BUT STILL REASONABLE. THIS WAS THE HIGHEST BID I RECEIVED.

I ASSUMED JANUARY WOULD NOT BE TOO BUSY TO GET SERVICE, APPARENTLY I WAS INCORRECT.

THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY ON OUR BEHALF.

DID COME UP WITH SOME GOOD POINTERS AND IDEAS ONLY TO LATER FIND OUT A COUPLE CAN'T BE DONE DUE TO COLUMBUS BUILDING CODES!

THE SALESMAN WAS NOT AS INFORMATIVE AS THE FOREMAN. HE ASSUMED WE KNEW MANY OF THE DETAILS OF THE JOB THAT WE DIDN'T. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE INFORMATION FROM THE SALE REP IT IS WORTH ANOTHER CALL TO THE SUPERVISOR. THE FOREMAN BROUGHT OUT SAMPLES TO OUR HOME SO WE COULD TAKE A LOOK AT THEM, AND LEFT THEM HERE BEFORE WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT. THE SALESMAN DIDN'T GIVE AS MANY DETAILS AS THE FOREMAN. THEY WERE VERY TIMELY THE WORK CREW WAS HERE VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING. THEY WERE NICE TO HAVE AROUND.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YODERS FENCING. QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL. MATERIALS WERE OF HIGH GRADE AND TEAM WAS PROFESSIONAL. CREW WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS. A BIT ROUGH ON THE LAWN DUE TO HEAVY EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR POST HOLE DIGGING.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. KEPT OUR YARD VERY CLEAN AND WERE CONSIDERATE OF OUR NEIGHBORS AND THE YARDS THEY HAD TO WORK AROUND.
