Weed Man - Columbus North

Great. Weed Man called me quickly and explained their services, long acting fertilizer they use and the fact that you can call them back anytime for weed control at no cost. They are a bit more expensive, but I think they will be worth it.

I paid for a year up front, the first treatment was applied about a week later.

Wonderful company. We’ve used them for several years and our lawn has never looked better!

I have been with weed man for several years now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have finally found a company that not only brought life back to my lawn but has continued to maintain the results. I would I highly recommend them to anyone looking for lawn service.

Update: Logan (not Lucas) from Weed Man contacted me by phone and provided additional information regarding lawn services and discounts. I informed him it is under consideration. He called me again and I informed him I decided to go with someone else. He called me the next day and I let it go to my voice mail. I called Weed Man customer service to request my number to be placed on their do not call list. The next day, Logan called. Today, 3/16, Logan called and I asked him why does he continues to call me? He said because I asked him to circle back with me. Again, I asked him to stop calling me. I am not going to use Weed Man services. Next steps: Block the number, contact BBB and my local police department. Update: Contacted Weed Man again and Amy will place my name and number on the do not call list. Hopefully, Logan will stop calling me and I will not have to take the drastic steps mentioned above.

Not so good. I'm not seeing any improvement with my lawn, and they plug additional services heavy.

The application did cut down on weeds. The cost was more than doing it myself, but they did a better job than I have in the past. They really push the season application. My only problem is once you have used them they call multiple times afterword to sell you on their services.

I have used a number of different lawncare companies and have learned that a person needs to be careful in selecting a good one. I have used my current lawn & landscape company for several years, and I am very happy with them – we LIVE in Delaware county, OH area. This review is about a robocall I received today. I do not like, and am extremely unhappy, receiving robocalls such as the one received today. It is UNPROFESSIONAL AND A MAJOR INVASION OF PRIVACY! I missed the call but listened to the recorded message left; it was Corbin speaking - apparently Corbin Schlatter the principle listed in Angies List. The incoming number was not shown on my incoming call list just "Private Number." I called the number Corbin stated in his robo voice mail recording – note the number he gave was the same as that in the voice mail message header information behind the recorded message that Corbin left. First time I called a lady answered and I mentioned I did not request a call from them and I – absolutely 100% do not want to receive robocalls from them or anyone for that matter. Also that my cellphone number is on the FCC-"Do Not Call" list. I asked to speak with Corbin and she said she could take my name and number. I asked for the name of the junk telemarketer that WeedMan was using to make robocalls to my phone. She didn't know / or would not give to me. Later I called the number again and CORBIN ANSWERED THE CALL. When I said 1) I was unhappy receiving robocalls from him with his recorded telemarketing messages and 2) he / WeedMan did not have my permission to MAKE ROBOCALLS TO MY UNLISTED NUMBER , HE HUNG UP ON ME. Later I called again and Corbin answered. In answer to my specific question he said they were paying / using a third party marketer to do these robocalls, and that he didn't know where they got my name and number. MY NUMBER IS UNLISTED AND I AM ON THE FCC “DO NOT CALL LIST.” I asked for the third party telemarketer name and contact number, and CORBIN HUNG UP ON ME A SECOND TIME. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!

Excellent! Three weeks later, the yard is looking the greenest and best it has all year!

The weed treatments work well. I will use them again.

I've used Weed Man several times. They always provide exactly the service they promised and on time. Price is competitive.

We have been with them a couple years now.

Several times did not backyard. Not responsive to the specific areas I wanted them to focus on - not very flexible. Results not good after 1 1/2 yrs.

After almost a full season my weed control has not been as good as other companies I have hired. Weed man does charge seperately for services which they do not tell you up front. Received a $105 qoute for air raiding my yard. Going with a better price with another professional company for $82. Weed man does call you to add other services, but they should just focus on what you hire them to do first.

I had them all summer. They just came out for their last trip. The service they did was okay. The problem is they told me all these things they were going to do and then turns out they're not going to do all this stuff. That's my objection with them. They should do what, they send out a representative who tells the customer everything he's going to do and then they don't do. They told me that they don't do that anymore. They don't provide those services anymore. It's not what they did. It's what they didn't do that I'm objecting too.

Have had 2 treatments so far with one weed treatment. Waiting for first year to determine if I use next year. Typically do myself with Scotts 4 step. So far, lawn is comparable to doing myself. Only thing that was not clearly spelled out was that you had to pay separately for Grub treatment which I assumed was included in the six treatments. Received sales call to have this added at additional cost.

Weedman does a great job. They let me know when they are coming to treat the yard. They are great about taking care of weeds or issues with the yard in a very timely manner. I would highly suggest them.

They are wonderful. I don't have a home with a yard anymore but they are wonderful. I had a plan with them because they did the lawn aeration first. They did such a nice job that they came four times a year. There was no extra charge. The $60.00 covered everything. Every Time it would cost my anything, they were good at telling me the cost. When I knew that I would be putting my house on the market and would not be able to use the August and September on the plan. They just took it away. It is just like every business you would want to be. They were very responsive and professional. The owner or manager is an older gentlemen that is just as nice as could be. He runs the business wonderfully. I have recommended them to neighbors in that area. They are just stellar.

They did a 6 visit step plan for aeration and fertilization.

They were punctual, descriptive of the services that were performed, and provided recommendations other applications my lawn might need.

Very pleased with Weedman. Lawn was in very poor condition when they started. After 1 season of care, and an aeration and seeding in the fall the lawn looks terrific. Very modest price for such a huge turn around on the lawn. Excellent communications too. Continued care this year too.

I replaced my previous service with Weed Man. So far it's been good. The yard is responding and looks much better.

Weedman came in an made my yard green and lush again after another company (big franchise( killed my lawn with whatever they were spraying on it. They were prompt and professional and even paid for a sprinkler head they accidentally broke. Highly recommend them/

They are good. They tell us exactly when they're going to be here. It is working extremely well.
