Very good I will be using them this summer.

They did a great job. They got rid of some really tough weeds that we didn't think they would be able to get rid of.

The first quote, I explained that I wanted only organic products and treatments. The woman quoted me a price for their organic treatments. When I called them back to compare to another company, I asked the lady who was providing a quote whether she was looking at my original quote or making up a new one. When she explained that she was just quoting the basic services, I told her that I wanted organic products only. She informed me that they did not have any organic products, chemicals only. I rate them an F because they're either dishonest or so severely lacking in the knowledge of their own services that the end result would be that someone would not get what they want. I also agree with other reviews that they call back too frequently and the fact that I can hear so many voices in the background makes me think boiler room operation. I see that they've had high ratings from others, but I don't think I'd trust them personally.

It went great. They were professional and on time. The quality of the work was good.

Always calling to schedule the next treatment and checking to see if their were any problems. If they were going to miss a treatment because of weather, they always called and rescheduled. In 4-6 weeks if I still saw some issues with weeds, they were out to take care of them. Very impressed with the company and plan on continuing with them this year.

They did a good job. We've used them before and they have always done a good job.

Service was always on time and brief. Always left explanations for treatments. Only issues was employee forgot to spray backyard as well first treatment...

The vendor always called the day before they came to the home. Work was always performed satisfactory manner prior to my arriving home from work.

But I had weeds through out my lawn

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I have used them three times. The service was okay, but I still had some weeds in the lawn after the three visits. It did not completely rid my lawn of weeds. Their workers were fine and they indicated that for the Big Deal service they got as much as they could and that I should purchase a full season to eradiate the remaining woods. I paid a little additional for the service.

They knocked down some of the weeds. They did a good job.

That was good. They had to come back for a follow up treatment and they did that too. Our lawn looks lot better than what it did before. One of the things I seemed to notice was that they seemed to be very proud of how fast they can do things and it took them about twelve minutes to get the job done. They are extremely efficient. They only do a very limited, specific thing, and they are very proud of that. I thought that is a little odd that they would be proud of the fact that it only took them twelve minutes. Any way, they did a good job, they were very well organized, and both the treatments that we had done were like that.

Very professional. Good service. Lawn looks great.

Treatments were scheduled almost immediately and the company has communicated well. We plan to continue to use them.

They came when expected, unless rain was falling. The third treatment was about 10 days later than expected. I spoke with one of the technicians (right term?) and he was very friendly and identified a weed for me. The grub treatment was an extra cost. That technician spread the granules, and, even though I went out and spoke to him when he was done, he wrote up his report, left, and MAILED a copy of the report to me. He is the reason for the "C" in professionalism.

I like that they call the day before and let me know when they will be at my house. I do not need to be home but they leave detailed notes on my door what was done.

Job was done when scheduled and professionally. When follow-up call was made I expressed concern over there still being several weeds throughout yard. Weed man company did not offer to retreat but was willing to ask if I was interested in additional services they offered.

I received a voicemail on my phone when they received the order and the noted what and when they planned to perform the applications. They were very professional and courteous and showed up when they said they would show up. The only reasons I rated a "B" is that I have some stubborn weeds in one particular area and also with less days with extreme heat and more days with rain, I think that all the lawns in the neighborhood ooked better than previous years even before the applications. However, in all fairness, it was only 3 applications and i think it's kind of difficult to grade fairly based on a few applications. I usually treat my own lawn but decided to used them since I was able to purchase the 3 apps via the "big deal". If i were to look for a company to treat my lawn in the future (rather than doing it myself), I would definitely work with them again. Customer service is very important to me and they manner in which they do business (responsiveness, professionalism, courteous, etc.) and they displayed all of those features that are important.

They put two applications at the same time first which was a weed and feed and the second was a feed. I had to pay $16.00 extra for the three applications because I was over the alloted square feet.

Again no discernible improvement- got better results when we gave up with Weedman and went to Lowes and bought our own weedkiller

The service was fine. It has been a very unusual summer season so their applications kind of worked but did not really do what I wanted it to do. On the other hand, we had lots of rain one particular time and they put an application down on another time that it was dry. They did fine. They called ahead of time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I paid for three applications and they came out and did two applications on one visit and another application on another visit. So, they were only out twice to do three applications. They told me that they had made three applications on the first two visits, so on the third time that they came out, they charged me $45 for their service.

The service was completed as committed and there were no issues with the service I purchased. HOWEVER, the number of calls that weedman placed to solicit us for additional services was ridiculous and turned a good experience into a "leave us alone" phone call. We told them multiple times we had lost an income in our house and then they'd call us back the following week.If we didn't answer we would get repeated calls through the week in attempt to reach us. At one point I counted 8 or more calls over a short period of time. It became quite irritating. I tried multiple times to call right back and ask we no longer receive calls and could not get anyone to answer. My husband finally reached them and asked they stop calling and the very next day we received a call again. He called them back and the receptionist said she would again tell the sales rep to STOP calling us. What was a good experience that we would have re-engaged at the point of additional income turned into a pestering and too many calls. Update 2/27/14 Weedman continues to call. Filed complaint with the Ohio Attorney General today. called 2/12,2/13,2/18,2/20,2/22. I phoned back to all the missed calls on 2/22 and asked again to stop calling. they then called again on 2/26. I told them that I would be filing with the Ohio Atny General. He admitted he should not and it was his fault because he did not read the notes. Calls now come from 614 220 9333. Last year were from 614 733 3747

We purchased a big deal for the service, and we didn't have any problem.

It was alright. They put some fertilizer on the grass and weed killers, etc. They were very similar to the folks I used last year. I just thought I'd try them because of the big deal. I think next year I'll just go with the previous people who provided me the service. They didn't do bad. But they didn't do great. It was just average. They follow up periodically.
