The guys did a great job. They even seeded the bare areas in my lawn.

Looks like they did exactly what I asked. They came right on time, got right to work & were done in less than 1/2 hour.

Weed Man is now the lawn care service for me! It all began when I was searching to find a new Lawn Aeration Contractor. Appreciate being connected through ?Angie?s List? drawn by the $60.00 limited time special offer therein. My call to the Weed Man office on 08.12.15 connected me with Michelle. She listened to my request for lawn aeration and was able to utilize technology to determine the square footage of my lawn and give me an estimate (that included the Angie?s List special pricing) right then over the phone. Impressed, I asked about other services and she suggested that their top technician John meet with me??and we did at my home at 11:15 AM on 08.14.15. With a confirmation call to me in advance, John arrived right-on-time. He was very professional in appearance and manor. He listened, answered my questions, talked-me-out of my thinking that I needed to apply a weed control product. That indicated to me that he was interested in doing only what was necessary to achieve results and nothing more. (didn't try to sell me something I didn't need) Because of that I agreed to go forward with John?s recommendations. To that he said he?d communicate/coordinate the plan going forward. Coordination with Michelle & Shannon continued. As (John) planned, Derek applied Grub Control on 08.18.15, Joe & Eli Aerated the Lawn, broadcast Grass Seed and applied Starter Fertilizer on 08.26.15. John has also scheduled a Winter Fertilizer application for late October. All who have come to meet/service our lawn have presented themselves in a very professional manner in uniform with clean trucks, tools and equipment always polite and have demonstrated great care for our property. My thanks to the Weed Man Team; Michelle, Shannon, John, Derek, Joe & Eli for a great buying experience! In my view: Quality People, Quality Process, Quality Materials, Quality Work, Quality Operation and a Quality Guarantee. I look forward to a continuing/productive association. It went well. I was happy with their service.

Everything was great. Work was done well, they avoided patches that I planted grass seeds in as I requested, they were punctual and even called me the day before to let me know that they would be coming.

Perfect! On time, professional, courteous, answered all of my questions. Fertilized almost an acre in less time than it would have taken me to find my spreader. Price was only slightly more than it would have cost me to buy at Home Depot. And that extra $ was well worth avoiding me having to spread it.

They were great. Called prior to service to confirm. Work was done in a proper manner. Will use them again in the fall.

They say you get unlimited weed control but that is an outright lie. They want to reapply at their convenience not yours. If it rains the day the apply any treatment they do not come back out even if it is an Ohio downpour. I ended up supplementing their weed treatments with my own kill all by my fence where they NEVER could control weeds even after 3 years so their 12-18 month excuse is invalid. They keep raising the price despite adding mulch beds, a deck and a paver patio. My trees seems to be in worse shape too. My lawn looks better but when you pay $600 plus for a service I shouldn't have to call the BBB nor should I have to fight with the scheduler every call. I ask you to come back you, you say yes sir and schedule me. It will take these guys 2-3 years to improve your lawn then they just tell you how high and how much to water it, which I find condescending. If you choose them get ready for a lengthy commitment and increased costs.

It was okay, but they started charging us for extra things without asking us first. Once we saw this we called and complained and they took it off. Basically they just continued their service without informing us.

He answered all of our questions and came out on time. He even came out a second time to apply grub control. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. They came out very quickly as well. I plan on using them again this spring!

I am very satisfied with WeedMan -- we've used them for the past 3 years. They're not the cheapest but they do a great job. I like that the treatments are dry on the lawn approximately 1 hour after application. Also, they always remember to call and leave a message the day before. The employees leave helpful notes and lawn/tree/shrub tips.

I made it clear to the owner of Weed Man that I was hiring them to get rid of Creeping Charlie because they promised they could get rid of it and they didn't. They started in April and by August I still had a healthy amount of Creeping Charlie. Three different places where they had burned my lawn. They were not distributing and administering the treatment properly. The treatment was piled up in areas, burning the grass in three different areas. They were very defensive when I confronted them with the issues.

I was able to get scheduled in days. The job was done without me being home. I was billed with an invoice on the door. Good job but a little pricey.

My yard is really too shady to have a nice lawn, but it looks pretty good because of Weed Man. I bought a Big Deal from them in April, 2013 and continue to have them work on my yard. The B for responsiveness is because I told them I wanted the violets in my yard to disappear, but the violets seemed to be spreading. This year I challenged them, (Yeah, I'll believe it when I see it) and they've been treating for broadleaf control since then. The violets are 80% gone! The broadleaf control also is killing off this weird grass that creeps along the surface of the ground and grows about a foot long, with strands spread out in all directions. With lots of rain the yard looked fine, but in August this grass would die (not this year though) and the area would be bare dirt until the next spring. So I'm happy about this. The ratings will stand until next season.

We have been very pleased with them. We have been using them for the last 3 years. They are always available to answer questions and check in on any concerns we have.

This is the third year that Weed Man has treated my lawn. I've lived here for more than forty years and this is the best my lawn has ever looked. The man who cuts my lawn says that I have the best looking lawn of all his customers (although sometimes he complains about how thick and tall my grass grows in a week!) I highly recommend their service.

It went well; it was a one time deal.

They have called in advance of showing up just as they said they would. Also, they have left a detailed note about what services and chemicals that they applied. This has been a great experience

I was amazed that one weed treatment would completely eradicate so many dandelions. The only thing I would have liked is to know ahead of time when they were coming

They were very prompt with their service. We've had 2 applications and the third to come. The price was very good. It would have cost almost as much if we purchased the weed, feed and grub control and applied it ourselves

It was okay but not great. It didn't hold up for very long.
