Description of Work: I used Weedman for a few years, they were always responsive when I would call to request treatments for weeds that were still present in my lawn. Their model is to sign you up for the season, call before they come out with a recorded message indicating what treatment they were going to perform. |I liked them a lot, the additional sales calls were sometimes annoying, and I would get multiple calls from them about upselling an additional treatment/service. | |This season, I decided to do my own lawn fertilization. After I had to call to cancel my service (you can't do it through their online portal where you can do just about everything else), I received multiple calls after that, asking why I wasn't using them, what I was using, etc., Apparently their salespeople are not working off the same database to tell them which folks they have called. I finally had to tell the person that I would call them if I needed anything from them again.

Thank you for your review, as we try to learn from each situation. Sometimes the first year when service is completed the weeds can really be a challenge to bring under control. It is often 12-16 months after treatment starts as to when you see the biggest improvement. Thank you again for your business.
