Weed Man - Columbus North

First treatment they used heavy equipment in my yard and basically created what looked like dead grass everywhere they drove to apply the crab grass treatment. A couple places the wheels spun-out and ripped up the grass. I called to complain and was essentially brushed off and told someone would come a take a look. Four days later, after not receiving any calls back and my grass continuing to just look worse (riding mower wheel sized brown stripes all over my yard), I called a second time and they acted like this was the first they had heard of the issue and then I was told someone would be out too look within 48 hours. I requested a full refund and I expected someone to come out and fix my messed up lawn. I was told they would refund the full amount immediately. Not more than 1 hour later someone from Weed Man stopped out to my house to explain what happened and said he would personally fix the damaged areas and he did come out two days later, but I was not there and I'm not sure what was actually done (no paper work was left behind and I've received no emails). I have yet to see full refund credited back to my CC. Once they refund my money I will be done with Weed Man and will likely not use them again.

Received a text the previous day telling me when the service would be performed. Arrived on time. First application of fertilizer put down (my yard including my house and flower beds is 15,000 sq ft) along with a written review of the status of my lawn and recommendations. Very courteous and professional.

They're very nice, polite, and they did a good job. They're a good company and I would recommend them.

2016 lawn treatment, results poor often missed areas. Were consulted for 2017 we had mentioned that results in 2016 were not adequate, sales manager Eric Hajjar responded with a very rude email, essentially saying buy more treatments if you want decent results and Weedman is not for everyone. I would have to agree if you want professional , courteous service Weedman is not the way to go.

I think it was like $125 or something like that for front and back, almost 2 acres.

They are very professional and give good advise about the kinds of fertilization of trees, shrubs and conditions in the lawn when there might be grubs and stuff like that. They give you good, sound advise and recommend when it should be done and how often. We trust their expertise.

Did a good job. Two guys came out and knocked it out pretty quick. It looked liked they did all areas.

I was noticing crab grass and other weeds growing in between applications. Called after hours and left a voicemail. The office called very next morning, understood my problem and had me out on schedule the following day. Technician performed spot control and fertilization treatment in the morning and another came later to analyze the lawn and provide recommendations. Very thorough, fast and efficient service ! Hopefully my lawn issues resolve also as a result. Excellent customer service

When Weedman came out to treat my yard, they left a bill on the door. When arriving home, I got the bill and went to check my mail. That's when I noticed my mailbox had been broken. My neighbor walked over and told me that she noticed the Weedman vehicle swipe my mailbox when backing-out. So I called them. Corbin was extremely attentive and said he'd look into it right away. I didn't expect much, as I couldn't prove that they'd done what my neighbor said, but was optimistic. Corbin then called me back and said they'd be out to look at the mailbox the next day. I was at work the next day when Corbin called, said he'd seen the mailbox, and would be searching for a replacement. He then kept me updated by email on his search for a replacement mailbox, when it came in, and when he'd be out to fix it. He has just left my house today, after coming over and personally replacing my mailbox himself (not a cheap mailbox or an easy task at all btw). To say it's rare today to find a person/company who just "does the right thing" when called upon is an understatement, but that's what Corbin did. I am beyond impressed with Corbin and his team, their ethics and their customer service. We will be using Weedman and recommending them to everyone I know for their lawn care needs.

I am not sure they ever showed up. I never saw anyone and I work from home. One day there was a sign in the lawn that was supposed to indicate they were there. I was home all day and saw no one. I mentioned this when the company tried to collect payment (which I thought I had paid for when scheduled). They basically said the work was done and I had to believe them. However, the weeds are not gone the grass does not look any better and when I asked them to come out and spot treat as was part of the package I bought they said I still needed to pay. I informed them once again I was not going to until I saw proof of work. Weed man continued to call me every other day and leave voicemails for a month. I finally paid for the work so they would stop filling up my voicemail.

Weedman provided services for my home last year. We went from having a yard with dandelions and everything but grass to having a very healthy lawn within the year. My husband tried treating the lawn years prior, but the cost was comparable (probably due to over treatment) and not nearly effective.

I don't know what kind of weed-killer these folks used, but the weeds -- particularly dandelions -- ran screaming from our yard, terrified. The fertilizer is good, too. If our lawn grows any faster, we're going to start finding missing persons and lost camels in the grass.

We took advantage of one Weed Man's specials. Corbin called the afternoon before to let us know that they would be out before noon. Mark and Chris showed up around 0815 to let us know. Sorry about the dog, Mark. Well mannered and courteous, they got right to work. They worked as a team, Mark helping Chris get his machine to the back yard and Mark worked on the front yard. When Mark finished, he helped Chris get the machine out. Finished in less than thirty minutes. Chris left some watering information and we discussed the moss issue in the back yard. Thanks for everything!

Great Job. A team of two workers showed up and aerated my lawn. It took them about 20 minutes. To rent the machine would have cost me $50. This was well worth the extra $10. A great deal.

It went very well. Very professional, on time, and knowledgeable.

I bought a big deal. Fertilizer doesn't do much because the yard has not been taken care of for many years. However, the weed is gone and I'm very happy with that. They recommended extra services to aerate the lawn and overseeding for 200 something. I did it. Cant see any result yet because it's too late in the year.

Weed Man continues to be the lawn care service for me! Final Fall Fertilizer application today Monday 10.26.15 for 2015. Certainly appreciated the Reminder Call last Friday that the Fall Fertilizer application would be the following Monday. Provided the time opportunity to mulch tree leaves and cut the lawn in preparation. Derek (technician) arrived today as promised. He was very professional in appearance and manor. Was careful and efficient applying the Fall Fertilizer. Upon completion, he left a note describing the work performed and even included a much appreciated ?2015 Fall Newsletter & Thank You? that included several ?Fall Lawn Care Tips?. Since beginning Lawn Care Service with Weed Man 08.12.15 I must say the lawn has never looked better. I?m definitely ?signing-up? for the entire 2016 Lawn Care Program and I?m looking forward to the (hopefully even better) results that will bring. All who have come to meet/service our lawn have presented themselves in a very professional manner in uniform with clean trucks, tools and equipment always polite and have demonstrated great care for our property. I had questions before I bought the deal so I called into the office. Everyone I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable. They added me to their service list and called me a few days before they came out (small complaint, they called but did not leave a message so I had to guess it was them from the number). It took a crew of two about 20 minutes to do our entire yard (.24 acre) and they left a note on the front door letting us know they had been there, how long they were there and recommended some additional services. I happened to be home during the service call and they reported accurate times.

Got in contact thru angie's list. They responded next day and set up a time to aerate lawn. Called me the week before and gave me a date when they would be out. Showed up and did the job. This was pretty simple and would use them again.

Excellent service. I used a coupon from Angies List. My yard had a major weed problem and they were meticulous in treating it. All weeds were gone and the grass was healthy. I appreciated that they did what they said they would do and offered other services but didn't pressure us to get them.
