He did okay but we decided to change providers after a year or two.

Arrived within the time frame they said they would and the weeds are gone. Based on the frequency of mowing I have needed to do the fertilizer has worked well.

I am fairly satisfied with the application. Can't expect better than this for the money charged.

Like most of the deals, thy are oversold and overwhelmed performing the service. I have stopped participating in the deals. This is not the only negative experience I have had with the deals.

Very professional service. Friendly and efficient on the phone to schedule and answer questions. Notified me in advance day before or morning of service day. Left excellent communication after each application. They have done 2/3 applications at this time.

I hired Weed Man to apply a pre-emergent weed treatment to our lawn. This service is to be performed before the weather warms up enough that the weeds start growing. I had trouble getting them to come out early enough in the season. In fact, I had to call a couple times to get them to come out. By the time they arrived, I believe it was almost too late for the treatement to be effective. But, they did come on the day they said the would and the treatment was performed quickly. After I engated in business with this company, for about the next year I received periodic calls and mail solicitations for future business. They were always very business-like. In the end, given the cost for this service, I believe it is far more cost-effective to purchase a spreader and the weed treatment or fertilizer and perform the work yourself. It's easy and doesn't take long.

The biggest problem I have is they called many times over the next several months to try to get meto sign up for lawn service. It was really annoying. In my opinion they are using the Angie's Listas a method of getting peoples phone number as a sales method.

They responded quickly when I was unhappy with the service.

We were Weedman customers for several years based on the recommendations of our neighbors. Our yard was the worst looking one on the block and it still looks as bad despite many treatments. We continued the service for several years because every time I would call to say we still had weeds, they would come out immediately and do another treatment. When I finally added up the number of times I called to request "extra" treatments, it was 20 times over three years. We still have weeds. I've had several other quotes from other services and our yard is riddled with weeds and it looks as if we have not had any service whatsoever. The challenge was that they always tried to make things right but it just didn't work for us. In addition, we got repeated calls to sell us other services including pest control which came across as really intrusive. Each of their extra services were very expensive in comparison to others. They are very professional, courteous and helpful but the weed control simply doesn't work for our yard.

We have had a seamless experience with WeedMan. The broadleaf control was sprayed later than I would have liked, but it was delayed by the wet weather.

Weed Man did a complete series of fertilization and weed control last and they were exceptional. Their prices are very competitive however what really sets them apart is their service. We had other companies in the past, and we always felt the other company's main goal was to get done as quickly as possible, rather than perform good, quality work. This is what make Weed Man different. Anytime we have called with a question, they quickly returned our call and on numerous occasions, even met us at our home to discuss our weed problems (violets in our yard; they are gone now). If there is a problem, they are accountable and will quickly remedy the situation. In fact, Weed Man is so good, we signed up again this year for a complete package. In summary, excellent service and value.

Their price seemed consistent with a couple of other companies I got an estimate from. We used this company for lawn treatment for all of 2011 and very good results. Weeds are gone and grass is thicker and greener than it was before. They called before each visit and were punctual and thorough. Very pleased with results.

Almost minutes after purchasing the deal online, one of their sales people called to setup my appointment. He also wanted to sell me their full summer lawncare service, which seemed fairly priced, but wasn't something I was really interested in. I did feel some pressure from their sales team, as they called me back again trying to get me to buy-in about a week later, but I have to admit, the salesman was a gentleman. Called one last time to confirm the appointment and when I got home from work, I could see the tiny yellow fertilizer pellets in my yard. All-in-all, I highly recommend Weed Man for their professionalism, puntuality, and pricing.

He told us what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. His advice on how to fix our yard, whether we chose him or not, was very impressive. He was very knowledgeable, and their price was wonderful. They let me choose what applications I wanted. They also let me price according to what I wanted. Their punctuality was bad because they called and made an appointment and they did not show up. I waited for them and they did not call me either. When they called me after that to reschedule, I told them that I did not get a call and I was waiting. The guy was very apologetic and said that they thought the company would call to cancel all the appointments because of the weather. They do a good job and everything they did was good.

After regular watering, the grass seeds germinated within two weeks. The lawn has greened considerably and is looking much better.
