Description of Work: We used Utmost Renovations to remodel our old barn/house. We gutted it to the studs. Utmost renovations was used to first take out the old stone wood burning stove and its rock hearth and chimney. Both inside and out. It was an incredible hard task, using mallet and chisel. They did it and without any injuries. They sheetrocked, and even in between our hand hewn ceiling beams. A very hard task since nothing is square in this 1890's house. They layed the beautiful hard word floors and managed to redo the stairs and treads and railings. They also put in 8 windows and three doors. They did all the electrical and plumbing as well. Shannon would quote and bring samples for me to pick. That helped in time for me. They also built a new landing to the basement and built new stairs. Their were several stairs I wasn't happy with, and they kept fixing until I was happy with it. They also had the interior painted and didn't stop until I felt all was done right. My favorite service was the exterior siding and the beautiful balcony and wrap around porch. The decking was pressure treated and they painted it with a 15 yr. warranty stain. We also had the gutters redone and no leakage. They still ask if something isn't right they will come back for a year to fix. Remodeling is a trying experience, but Shannon and his excellent worker Brian are easy going and make you feel comfrotable. This took 6 months and were here every day until the project was completed.

Description of Work: I HAD A SECTION OF DRYWALL REPAIRED AND PAINTED AROUND A BEDROOM WINDOW DUE TO A WATER LEAK AROUND THE WINDOW FRAME. I ALSO HAD THE OUTSIDE OF EVERY WINDOW IN THE HOUSE CAULKED TO PREVENT FUTURE WATER DAMAGE.
