The guys did a wonderful job. They were here when scheduled and we are more than happy with the results.

Mark and his skilled team were wonderful. They explained every step and understood that we wanted to be as knowledgeable about the work they were doing as possible. We priced out other masons to do the same job. We considered length in business, punctuality during the bid process, and communication as top priority. While Utmost wasn't the cheapest bid we received it wasn't the highest either. We felt most comfortable giving Utmost the job - which we believe is the most important aspect when hiring a contractor. We recommend this team for your project.

Completely satisfied with the work. Professionally done. Matched the new brick as close as possible with the old so we have a seamless look. The crew was timely, professional and master craftsmen. They were responsive with a fair estimate and in scheduling the work quickly. Would highly recommend them.

I received a total of 3 bids for this job and Mark at Utmost renovations came in at a reasonable price. They were also able to get the job done within 2 weeks of my first call. The stucco looks great now and they were able to match the color of my stucco as well. Everything was sealed so that the water damage would not occur again. I would certainly use Utmost renovations again!

Everything accomplised in a week. Guys we're polite and professional. Price actually came in a little lower than estimate. Cleaned up all old wood, painting supplies, and house looks great! Owner of business called twice to see how things were going.

They were very professional, knowledgeable about the problem and several other related repairs that I asked about. Both gentlemen were careful of my property and cleaned up the area after the repair. I would definitely use their services again!

I was very impressed by the workmanship and it was well worth the price. The outside tuck-pointing and basement masonry work look beautiful. I wish I had contacted Utmost Renovations years ago, when I first required work on my chimney. I had a chimney "repaired" by another company several years ago and I was sorely disappointed to discover within less than a year that the work needed to be redone (you get what you pay for, though that wasn't much cheaper). The work done by Utmost Renovations looks 100% better and I am confident that I will not be needing to repair that chimney again for many years to come. Thanks again to Mark and Chuck for being so quick and courteous with these repairs!

Things got off to a bad start when Rick Walker, the salesman, missed the very first appointment for a consultation at my house, which then had to be rescheduled. When we met, I described what I wanted which I thought was reasonably straightforward. It took three weeks before I finally got a written proposal, and it was almost completely devoid of any detail. I asked Mr. Walker for more details on the entry porch part of the project before I could make a decision, including some drawings to help me visualize their proposal. It took another 10 days before a sketch was provided, but it was for the side porch only. I asked for a drawing of the entry porch again and this time the president of the company, Mark Huffer, assured me they would get back to me "very soon". Four days later, I asked for an update on their promise to deliver a drawing. This time, I received a quick response from Mr. Huffer to call him ASAP. I called Mr. Huffer at this point and he immediately started making excuses about Mr. Walker and how busy he was. He then told me that he was "probably" going to let him go, which I thought was unprofessional to be telling me as a customer even if it was true. I was pretty frustrated by this time and said that in my business experience, you should not be making excuses like this. It was now over a month from my original inquiry and all this delay was compromising my ability to get the project done on my timeline. At this point, Mr. Huffer actually hung up on me. Since Utmost Renovations did not do any work for me, I cannot speak to their ability to do a masonry job. However, as a potential customer I am appalled at the way I was treated. Even if there was a "bad egg" salesman, which is one thing, the unprofessionalism of the company's president speaks even more loudly.

They were very responsive both pre and post sales. They responded to my quote request within 24 hours. The emailed me a quote within three days of walking through the project with me. With early good weather they were able to get started within a two weeks of my acceptance of their proposal. When I had questions about some of the work, I emailed them some photos and they were back on site within 48 hours and finished up everything that I had a question about and more. They also provided a three year warranty on their work.

Overall, the work went well. There was a little bit of initial miscommunication on the details of the work that was to be done. Moreover, there were some complications on getting follow ups regarding some of the invoicing and getting receipts. However, I was happy with the work done overall and would likely work with Utmost again.

Representative sent out was professional, answered my questions and make sure I had a written estimate in my hands within a few days. I'm undecided at this point, but appreciated their responsiveness and professional manner.

Mark was great to work with. I was a little bit worried on the 1st day when a team that he subs out to showed up, but they did a really nice job. I've recommended and would use them again.

Owner was responsive in providing an estimate for the work and stayed in good communication throughout the completion of the stucco repair project. They did a good job of matching the existing stucco texture on the chimney and color-matching the paint color. Final product looks good. Worked with us on some minor touch up work to close out the job as well. Employees were good to work with. Owner provided a two year warranty on their work.
