Description of Work: They took out my cracked old stoop and they put in a new front stoop.

Description of Work: The project was a family room remodel from dark wood beams to an open and bright room. One challenge was varying ceiling height which they blended and concealed expertly. Work was expanded to include crown moldings in 3 rooms (family room, living room and dining room). This is tricky work with cutting of angles, we couldn't be more happy with the result and the value it adds. There was an issue with one subcontractor's work and they stood behind their name and reputation and took care of the matter promptly and to our satisfaction. We were very impressed with this company.

Description of Work: What started out as replacement of the chimney cap became a replacement of the entire chimney which lasted longer than a month. It took way too long.

Description of Work: Mark was very responsive. I received a quick quote from him and he set the project in motion immediately after he received the 50% down payment. They arrived ahead of schedule and performed their work very quickly. The job looks great.

Description of Work: Mostly exterior painting; some tuck pointing, and stucco repair. |Workers tended to use a little more chalking than I perceived as necessary. |Second crew had to come in to finish the tuck pointing, after first crew missed a number of areas. |Mark was good to work with, and responsive. Work finished promptly.

Description of Work: They did a great job repairing some damaged stucco. Blended perfectly with the old and you can't tell it was repaired.

Description of Work: Clean porch foundation, demoed the loose stucco or parge coat, loose faux stones, etc. applied Thorobond and built it out using a parge coat technique approx. 1" or more on the front and sides.

Description of Work: My chimney was starting to come apart, the stucco was falling off and the block underneath was separating, the crown was crumbling and pieces were falling to the ground, it was becoming dangerous. I contracted with Utmost to do the demolition and rebuild of the upper part of the chimney, build a new crown, tuck point, re-stucco and paint it to match the rest of the stucco on the house. |They were very thorough, friendly and neat as they worked. It took approximately 5 days to complete the job. They had the most competitive price, and offered a 3yr warranty on the workmanship which was more than the other bidders. Once completed I was amazed at the job, it looked like a brand new chimney, the house was built in 1973, and the stucco pattern was perfectly matched and once done they cleaned up all the debris, swept the driveway and removed the scaffolding. This is one of the best contractors I have worked with through Angies List.
