Description of Work: Dan patched water damage in our living room ceiling, removed old caulking and recaulked around our tub/shower and installed crown molding in our kitchen.

Description of Work: After living in my condo for a few years, I had Dan remodel my master bathroom. I had used him for many other projects in past years and was always completely satisfied, even amazed at his wonderful work. He completely gutted the bathroom. He discovered a leak in the walls and replaced plumbing to repair the leak. He installed a new soaking tub, waterproofed the shower/tub area walls, added new drywall, and tiled the walls. He removed the soffits, added indirect lighting. He added all new fixtures, painted the remaining walls, added new toilet, cabinets and countertops, new mirror, wall light, new efficient ceiling fan, and tiled the floor. The result was gorgeous. Prior to that, Dan had replaced the tile on the floor of the hearth, stained and replaced new floor molding to match existing woodwork, replaced ceiling wallboard and painted the area which had been caused by an old leak. He even power washed my concrete patio. About 5 years ago (2008), I decided to sell my house which needed to be updated. Dan renovated both the master bath and the main bath. He fixed leaks in the walls, waterproofed them, added new dry wall, tiled the shower area walls, painted the other walls, added new light fixtures, installed new sub-floors and new floor tile. He installed Pergo in the house's main entrance, hallway and kitchen. This required taking out the old linoleum and installing new sub-floors. He painted every room and added new light fixtures. When he finished, the house was beautiful. I put the house on the market, which was already in the down housing market. The house sold shortly. The new owners had fallen in love with it, especially the master bath. When it comes to any type of repair, improvement, etc., I only call Dan. His work is impeccable. He is detailed, has good solid ideas, is creative with design and color, and charges a fair price. He is always on time, works until the job is done, and leaves the area immaculately clean. He is conscientious, honest and trustworthy. I can't say enough about him. I would highly recommend The Traveling Tool Box to anyone who wants and expects excellent work and service. They won't be disappointed.

Description of Work: Demo of shower, tub, floor, walls. Installed new heated floor, glass tiled walls with niches, custom shower with river rock floor, stand alone tub and faucet stand, toilet, sinks, all faucets, heated towel bars, hardware, and plumbing.

Description of Work: Replaced a wooden screen door with a new wooden screen door on an outdoor porch.

Description of Work: I had them paint and touch-up my house trim on very high eaves.
