I requested a quote to have my lawn rolled. He replied to my email quickly and we scheduled an apt to get the work done. The quoted price was fair and the equipment was right for my need. After assessing the dampness of my yard, he recommended returning after a couple of days. He never tried to set a new apt date and did not respond to either my email or phone call to reschedule.
