 + -1 moreVery nice and professional. Showed up early. Did the work in my garage. Laid down a sheet so he wouldn't make a mess. Jacked up the mower, scraped the underside, took the blades off, sharpened, reinstalled the blades, greased bearings and wheels. Said the belts looked good. And he was off. $40 cash out the door. What a great deal.

Description of Work: I have a 1 and 1/2 acre parcel that accompanies the family home and is almost exclusively GRASS. I utilize a John Deere LX 255 to mow this property. Prior to learning about "Sharper Edges," I was a patron of the local John Deere dealership. Without going into pricing details, leave it to say that the services provided are far more reasonably priced than those offered by the local dealership. And, in my judgment, these services are of higher quality in comparison. What is most important, however, is the personal touch that David Reynard brings to this service venture. David is extremely knowledgable, competent in his workmanship, and always strives for 100% customer satisfaction. One excellent illustration of David's quest for "a better sharpening experience" is his impeccable attention to tidiness in doing the work. David lays a tarp on the ground, locates your equipment in the center of the tarp, and proceeds with whatever service(s) you have requested. Upon completion, he rolls-up the tarp and removes it, along with any debris that has collected (grass clippings, oil, grease, etc.). Last, but not least, David Reynard is a real gentleman: He is friendly, cordial, and easy to work with. All of the qualities I have mentioned add up to a superior experience.
