Description of Work: We needed an attic ladder replaced. Randy was recommended by a friend. It took a while for him to set up a scheduled date for the job ( he was very busy). But once he got here, I was very pleased with his service. There were complications with the installation but he managed to get it to work and did a wonderful job with finishing and insulating. He cleaned up well. We are quite happy with the final product.

+ -1 moreWent well. Two men worked for about a day and a half to complete the job. It looks really great. We were in no particular rush and were flexible on the exact dates of installation.
Description of Work: Installed a hardwood floor of approximately 400 square feet. Removed old carpet, chipped off cement by the fireplace to level the subfloor, laid vapor barrier recommended by Bruce Hardwood, and installed 3/4 inch Bruce Hardwood oak flooring.

+ 5 moreRandy came as agreed and had his employee fix drywall and painted, said his associate was better at drywall repairs. He also stain blocked part of the basement and painted it with drylock. He fixed garage cement floor. Randy installed microwave, removed a water filter from the kitchen sink, and repaired the gas line to our gas lamp. All work was done promptly, carefully, and neatly and all of this work with materials only cost a little over $700
