+ -1 moreI was surprised to be contacted within an hour of my initial phone call. I had high hopes and then the company never followed through. I am a small business owner. If I operated like this, I would not be in business. Someone should have at least called me to tell me they were not interested in my business.
Description of Work: Salesperson never showed up. No call/no show. I arranged a two hour time period to accommodate his busy schedule.

+ -1 moreSPEED IS MORE IMPORTANT AT LAWNSCAPES THAN QUALITY WORK. TRASHED MY LAWN SEVERAL TIMES AND WOULDN'T TAKE CARE OF THE DAMAGE. THE OWNER IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH. ONLY AFTER I MADE A DAMAGE REPORT TO THE FRANKLIN COUNTY SHERIFF DID THE OWNER COME INSPECT THE DAMAGE. THEN HE DID NOTHING.
