It was great. I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new door but he was able to fix it. He was very professional, arrived on time, did the work in a timely matter. He was great. When I go to buy a new door I will buy it from them.

They advised me about the best opener an old wood garage door, came and installed it along with a exterior keypad. Nicely and efficiently done.

They arrived on the promised date and called ahead to say what time they would be here. One garage door had a broken spring that was replaced. The second door needed adjustment. Both garage doors were throughly examined and repaired. We would definitely use them again.

Nofziger sent out a representative to give us an estimate and told us exactly how long it would take to order a new door and have it installed. The door came in less than three weeks and it only took a few hours to remove the old door, install the new door and a new door, plus key-less entry pad on the exterior of the garage frame. They also gave us two remote garage door devices that arm the door from our car or key ring. This has a remote "eye" that turns on a light in the garage as we enter our car, it has the time and temperature on the "open" pad as well. We also had a squeal after installation that Nofziger repaired at no charge.

The service was as good as you could get. I called them and they were out promptly. The price was very reasonable. The service guy was very knowledgeable and right on top of everything.

We called to make an appointment on Wednesday to have our garage door repaired. The soonest they could come out was the following Friday. On Thursday, they called saying that they could work us in. The person who came out to repair the door, and the folks I talked with on the phone were professional and courteous. The cost of the trip out and the repair were very reasonable. We would certainly recommend this company. If the need arises, we will definitely call them again.

When I called in they gave me a price for a repair on my garage door which likely would have been adequate, however I elected to have a new garage door opener since my current was about 6-7 years old. I like the fact that they discuss all the options and do not try push a new install. It was purely my decision. I called on a Friday and Jon came out on a Tuesday. He called prior to the visit and was close to the estimated time (I was the second customer on the list). Jon discussed the door and discussed the options on the springs which I could have continued to use. I decided to upgrade to heavier duty springs for extended life, and since I have a heavy wooden door I felt I could save a future call in the near future. Jon was prompt with the install, there was no mess when he finished and was very polite and courteous. I will certainly use them again with any other issues or if I need a new unit on my other garage door.

I called the company on a Friday and they came out the next week on my day off. The guy that came took a look at my garage door opener. We weren't sure what was wrong with it since it didn't open in cold weather and seemed to be moving slower and louder. He fully checked it out, increased the tension and oiled the wheels on the door.

He was on time and looked at the spring. He had the part with him. He repaired it and was on his way. I felt the price was reasonable. The worker was professional and nice to have around.

He tried to assist over the phone instead of coming out, but they did need to come out. They came out the same day. They were very nice and very professional.

They did a very professional job, cleaned up well after themselves and were very reasonable. Price includes door and door opener.

I had been using another garage door company for twenty years, but I am not going to use them again. I was so impressed with this company. The worker was very friendly and personable and he did not talk down to me.

They were here on time. We didn't quite know how to use it so they came right out to help explain it. They were very prompt, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Great. I left the garage unlocked. They came out, fixed the spring when nobody was home and mailed me a bill.

The spring on my door broke and when I attempted to open the door, the garage door bent in the middle due to the stress and a weakness in the panel due to previous damage to the door. The gentleman who helped me walked through my options and the pros and cons of each. He was professional and guided me to the type of door that made the most practical sense for my house, as opposed to what he could have done, which was to sell me a more costly door than I needed. I will definitely use these folks again!

He was very professional and did a good job. I was not home when the work was done but they kept in contact with me by phone - communication was thorough and when I got home door worked great.

Our spring broke one evening and I called the 24 hour number and they guys came the next morning to replace the spring. We also talked about new garage doors.

They gave me advice over the phone because I wasn't sure what was wrong at first. I thought the spring was broken, but it turns out that wasn't it at all. The door was jammed about half way up, and the motor started grinding. The cable had actually slipped off the reel. They came out and put it back on track. They came out right away which was really nice because I was on my way to work and was trapped in my garage. They were out here in an hour, hour and a half at the most and put my case at a very high priority.

They're a wonderful company. They gave us good advice about what garage door opener to get. Later we requested a 2nd one and they advised that the quality of the original one wasn't as good as they'd hoped and referred a different kind. We appreciated the fact that they cared about the product. They were on time, in and out, efficient and wonderful. Their costs were very good also.

Great! The worker showed up on time and in the worst weather. He was friendly, professional, and did it right the first time.

They came back a couple times to fix some minor problems, such as the door being a little crooked. Overall they did an excellent job and we couldn't beat the price. They even gave us a $100 discount for being an Angie's List member.

I called because my garage door wasn't working and I am not very handy. They came out the next morning and fixed the problem, which was very simple but then replaced worn out parts since they were already out. It was quick and my garage door runs smoothly and quietly.

Last time they came out I had hit the side of the garage door with my car and they repaired that, then they came out and did a routine gear check. I have used them several times. They always come out promptly. They have always given us the best business. Even when they have been full on appointments they always try to work something out if it is an emergency situation, like the car stuck in the garage. They really care about their customers and their customer service.

Technician called and stated he was running early. That was great. He came out, figured out the problems and promptly performed the repair.

Took care of a very loud squeaking garage door. Ended up lubricating and tightening up hardware. Also adjusted opener. Door now runs nice and smooth. Came out next day. Called before coming. Very timely and professional. I would definitely call this company again.
