They were fantastic. They came out and said that there was a fault with the manufacturer’s product. So the manufacturer wanted the door back and the new one would be shipped to us. Then they are going to install it for us anytime now. We are just waiting for the garage door to come in. We need to have it replaced and they are going to charge us for the labor. It would be $300 to have it replaced and we spent over $2000 when we originally had the garage door installed. So they warranty their work and we like that. They stand up for their products. The technician came out the same day I called him and told him about the problem. He was here about an hour and a half after I called him. They were exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The process went very well from the initial phome call to the completion of installation.

Showed up right on stated time. Had all material on hand to finish job. Had no problems with any part of the installation. Everything was as specified in the estimate with no hidden costs.Work cost estimate was under any other company for a comparable unit. The unit operates as advertised with no glitches. Well Done!

Garage door spring brook on Tuesday and it then took two strong people to lift the door. Called Nofziger Wednesday morning at 7:45 a.m. They were very polite and told me a part would have to be ordered. Mid-afternoon they called me back and had the part and wanted to schedule a time to fix the door. Two hours later the door was fixed and working as good as new. This company was very good to work with and did a professional job on the repair. Highly recommended.

I called Nofziger Door 'Sales when one of my garage doors wouldn't operate. The telephone was answered by a real, live human being! A real plus in my book. Robert, who answered the phone, listened to the details fo the problem, told me he would check with one of his servicemen and then call me back. He called back promptly and said that his serviceman would stop by after he completed another call. Shortly afterwards, the serviceman arrived, assessed the situation and did the necessary repairwork.

They replaced two old wood doors with new steel raised panel doors. We are extremely satisfied with the results. The look, style and color of the doors fit perfectly with the garage paint and two other smaller doors that we did not replace. The estimator and the workers were precisely on time, if not early, for appointments. Everyone was professional, friendly and experienced. Problems were promptly addressed -- that is, some of the windows were cracked in transit, but they were replaced within a few days, as promised.

Decided not to use after spoke with other companies. Felt the contractor was trying to put me into a door that was much more than I needed. In the end went with another company.

I got the referral from Angie's list. I e-mailed the company and got a callback from the owner. He got details from me over the phone in an attempt to pre-diagnose the problem and perhaps save some time and expense. He specifically asked for the brand name of the garage door opener, indicating a familiarity with various products and the likelihood of malfunction. We scheduled a time for service. He called me about 20 minutes ahead of time to tell me that his employee was on the way. But more than 20 minutes passed before the service guy arrived - apparently his previous call was more than 20 minutes away. I was concerned during the wait but I was not seriously inconvenienced. The service guy asked some questions and set to work. When he had finished the job, the garage door worked fine and there was no leftover "evidence" that a repairman had been in my garage.

They were very helpful and very cooperative, but I could not use their service because our commission would not allow us to put in a steel garage door in.

The price was on spot and a little cheaper than other places I called. He was puntucal, professional and did the work quickly.

From my initial telephone call to signing the check for their services, I was completely impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism and know how. Would definitely use them again, if the ocassion arose.

Two of my garage door openers stopped working days apart from each other. I called a few different garage door repair facilities, but decided to hire Nofziger because they were so helpful before even coming out. Robert spent time with me on the phone trying to troubleshoot my problem. If I was a little more comfortable with moving the chain, I could have repaired the door openers myself. Robert took the time to ask me specific questions and was helpful in offering guidance on how to fix the doors to avoid a service charge. I ended up having a service guy come out anyway due to the complex repair and he was out the next day. The repair needed was exactly how Robert described and he was done in less than 1 hour. The chain stop block (I think) needed to be adjusted on both units. Another company initially told me that both door openers would have to be replaced, before even asking me half the questions Robert did. I appreciate Robert's time, expertise and willingness to help me at no charge. This ended up saving me hundreds! My garage doors are now working fine, but when the day comes that they do fail again, as all things do, I will definitely call Nofzinger Doors again.

My experience was great. I could not get my garage door open due to the header bracket detaching from the wall. I was on my way to take my son to a class and called Nofzinger on my way to borrow my neighbor's car. (Their name and number was on a sticker below the opener they had installed a year ago, very convenient!) I explained what happened and that I needed the header bracket fixed and that I also wanted a new opener. They were able to quickly look up what work they had previously completed on the other door of our two car garage and recommended an opener comparable to the one I had chosen previously (The new one was 2 dollars cheaper and is much nicer). They were able to get someone to my home within 3 hours of my call. The price quoted was the price I paid and I was very satisfied with the finished product.

Very trustworthy, honest and timely. Arrived on time. Explained what needed to be done. Did exactly what we agreed to do. Cleaned up when he was finished. Will definitely call them again for anything we may need in the future.

I called for an estimate very close to Christmas, and ended up waiting about 24 hrs for a call back. Not unreasonable considering the season. I felt that they were willing to negotiate a little on price, and that they had a truly superior product. Got a discount on both the garage door and again on the opener. The truly impressive part was the installation. We set an install date and I was told that they would be there at 8am to get started. I saw the installer pull up in front of the house at about 7:55am, and at EXACTLY 8am, the doorbell rang! The installer's name was Perry, and he was friendly courteous and hard working. He did a number of small things to make sure that the install was done just right... amazing attention to detail. Overall, this has been one of the best experiences I have had with an outside company working on my house.(Usually I can find something that was done poorly or a detail that was missed - but not here.) I highly recommend them.

It was very good. They came out promptly and corrected the problem. It has been working just fine ever since. They were also very professional and courteous.

Went very smoothly. Jon showed up, went over various styles, colors, options, provided the estimate(which was accurate to the penny)said the doors would take two weeks, which they did. Installed in about 4 hours, work and look great.

I was very happy with their work. The person that installed it was very nice, I was impressed how he did all the work by himself. He explained all the features of my new door, and opener to me. The quality of work, and the products are outstanding. It took him about 6 1/2 hours to do the work, and he cleaned up everything before he left. I was pleased with the service from the beginning when I received an estimate, up through the installation of the door.

I was very pleased with the prompt service, professionalism, and quality of the door and installation. The only thing that might have been better was the price, which was very fair, and $25 to $200 lower than the five competitors I had priced for the job. However, being a frugal chap, I am always looking to get the highest quality at at a bargain basement price!

Awoke on Sunday morning to find Garage Door spring had broken. My wife consulted Angie's List and began calling service companies at 5:00 a.m. Within 5 minutes, Andrew Martin of Nofziger returned our call. He took our information and arrived at our house in Marysville within about 75 minutes. He did a top notch job and was completely finished by 7:45 a.m.
