Quality of the door is excellent and operation of the door is smooth and quiet. The selection of colors, styles of panels, and styles of glass was very adequate, and a bonus feature is that the doors are manufactured in Ohio by Haas Doors (owned by the father of the owner of Nofziger Door Sales). Our salesman was the company owner. He was prompt when we requested an appointment, and brought helpful samples. We actually purchased 3 garage doors, but 2 of the doors were rolled into another project contracted with Morton Buildings. So the above purchase price only reflects the house garage door, plus an upgrade on Frosted Prairie glass on one of the Morton contract garage doors. Nofziger cooperated with Morton Buildings' work schedule, and had the doors available to install when they were needed for the Morton Building. The only negative is that the trim piece on the outside of the house garage is a little narrower than our previous trim piece, so we will need to scrape and repaint the adjacent area (which we had planned to do anyway). I highly recommend their service. Work was done by two workmen who knew what they were doing, and they took care to do the job correctly. It was pleasant to hear them laughing as they worked. They were efficient, and cleaned up and hauled away the old door. We did not need to install a new garage door opener because our old one was still functional. However, Nofziger also sells door openers, and our current door opener was installed by them previously.

The lower panel of my garage door was damaged and needed to be replaced. I also wanted additional remote openers/ I called Nofiziger at 8:00AM and they had someone out to look at it by 11:00 and ordered the new panel that day. They said new panel would be in 7-10 days, and it was installed 8 days later. Great communication by Nofziger and solid staff. Work was done in a timely and very neat manner. I would highly recommend them and will be sure to call them with any future garage door needs.

Very expeditious, professional, and courteous service. Went above and beyond what we expected in repositioning our opener system and installing new trim/seal. Also, the price was very competitive and included the haul-away of our old doors.

They did a tremendous job. I was extremely impressed with their promptness, their knowledge and their professionalism. I was explained in detail the whole process and answered all my questons. They had to do some changes to make the door work properly and they completed the changes as needed. By far the best service. GREAT JOB GUYS !!

The customer service was excellent. Mr. Nofziger was able to be meet according to my schedule to provide estimate and also opened the showroom during after-hours to look at options. We did not replace the doors due to other considerations but if replacing in the future will only use Nofziger based on the excellent experience I had.

Overall, I would have no problem recommend these guys to any one of my friends or family. They do what they say their going to at the price their going to. Also mentioned that I reviewed them on Angie's list and was given a discount, got to love that.

On Tuesday,12/18 our garage door opener stopped working. We called Nofziger Door Sales on Thursday, 12/20 in the afternoon. They diagnosed our issue as being a bad control board and gave us a price of $90 to replace it. Our garage door opener was 15 years old so they also gave us the option replacing the whole opener with LiftMaster Chain Drive, LiftMaster Belt Drive, Chamberlain Chain Drive or Chamberlain Belt Drive. We were given prices of $300 for the lowest price LiftMaster Chain Drive up to $400 for the top level Chamberlain Belt Drive. They explained the differences between the options. We decided to go with the lowest cost option. The technician came out on Christmas Eve promptly at 8:00 AM and was finished and gone by 9:15. He replaced the garage door opener & outdoor keypad. The keypad was $45 installed and so was the extra remote since the opener only came with one. The garage door opener seems to be a little louder than the one it replaced but that's no Nofziger's issue since they told it would be the least quiet option. Technician replaced a worn bracket that he noticed for free.

Adam was the installer and he did a great job, efficient and answered any questions I had before he left. It took about 4 hrs to install by himself. I could not be happier with the ease and quietness of the new door.

The door was initially incorrectly installed, but after a few return trips the issue was addressed. I would have preferred, of course, to have the job done right the first time, but the company was responsive and did their best to make it right.

Very well. They were very accommodating to our schedules, coming later in the day to discuss what we wanted and giving us an estimate, then arriving early in the morning for installation. We didn't need to stay home for the installation. When we got home, we had a new garage door. They cleaned up after themselves and it looks great. They gave us several choices and recommendations and the price seemed very fair.

We were unable to open our previous garage door so they came and opened it for us. The next day they arrived to replace the door. The price was lower than I expected it to be. The door looks nice and was well installed. I have recommended them to others.

I called Nofziger Garage Doors after lunch on Monday afternoon. My garage door spring had snapped over the weekend and I needed to have it replaced. They were able to send a technician out the next afternoon. He was supposed to be there between 1:00 and 1:30 but didn't arrive until 3:00 pm. The dispatcher did call ahead of time to let me know that their earlier job was taking longer than expected and that they were going to be late. The technician completed the replacement of both springs in about an hour.

He was very polite, honest, professional, and did good work. He even saved me some money, and the door is working better than the original. I have recommended him to to my neighbors.

Our garage door spring broke and I used Nofziger Doors for the repair work. I called them in the morning and they were able to come out the SAME day, which was great because we had a car stuck in the garage! They were very prompt, professional, and offered the service at a low cost. Used my Angie's coupon to get a great discount. We will definitely use them again and recommend them! (My daughter recently had the same repair work done to her garage door, and the price was $50 more!)

We met them at the Home Show and we were impressed. They did it quickly. There was a slight problem with one panel and they promptly came back out and replaced it. They have done a good job and we are very happy.

Due to the settling/shifting foundation under our garage, the garage door comes off track about once a year. We're always impressed with the knowledge and professionalism from the folks at Nofziger, and we couldn't be happier with their response time. And everyone is always so pleasant and courteous.

Our garage door opener became inopperable when the header bracket snapped. I used Angie's list and opted to call a local company (close to our address) I called the company to find out more about them and asked for an estimate to fix the header bracket. They gave me an estimate over the phone which was reasonable. I also asked if they would be able to adjust the springs, which needed adjusting since the door would not stay open when manually engaged. They offered to have someone stop by later in the afternoon to see what was going on with the garage door. A representative stoped by on the same day as my initial call and discussed the issues... and adjusted the springs during the visit. Historically, the previous garage door opener (1/2 hp) required manual adujstments whenever the temperature dropped below 30 degrees F. It was unreliable and noisy as well. Part of the problem was the actual weight of the 2 car garage door (solid wood panels). I had two options, replacing the header bracket for approximately $100 (installed) or replace the garage door opener which would also include a new bracket for $369 (installed). We opted to replace the garage door opener with one that would require less effort on our part (fussing with it when cold). We scheduled the install for later in the week. The Installation team was professional & friendly. The new garage door opener works great (Synoris 800). And it is VERY VERY quiet. We requested a 2nd remote ($25.00) which they sent to us since they didn't have an extra on the truck.
