Very quick response, good work, and the door has not been a problem since, despite hard winter weather.

Very well. The spring snapped on our garage door on a Monday night, if I recall. Found Nofzinger on Angie's List and called them the next morning. They could've come out on Wednesday to fix it, but that didn't work for us. They came out on Thursday afternoon and fixed it. Very prompt. Called when they were on their way. Took about an hour. Very good experience. I'm putting N/A on Price/ estimate because Nofzinger was the only one we called, so not sure how they compared to other companies. Needed garage door fixed ASAP, so didn't get a bunch of quotes. They got great reviews on Angie's List, so that was enough for us.

They gave me several good suggestions over the phone to try before they came out- none worked so I scheduled them to come out and give me an estimate to fix the door. They showed up when scheduled, explained the problem over the phone to me (I was at work) and gave me the estimate (which seemed very reasonable) and went ahead and fixed it while they were there. Very helpful on the phone- know their stuff. I would use again.

They fit us into their schedule right away because we had a car stuck in the garage. The repairman replaced the broken springs and repaired some damaged weather stripping along the bottom of the door. We now have a dry garage - no more ice to skate on while we get to our cars! They came back the following week to replace our garage door opener. My husband chose a nice QUIET unit that works every time we push the button! Again, the repairman did an excellent job. Showed me how my new unit works and cleaned up. The new unit is fantastic. I never knew an opener was supposed to be quiet!

Technician came to service my garage door the day after I called him. On that day, he called before coming to my home. He was informative, friendly and professional. Garage door is working fine now.

It went wonderfully! I called Nov. 27th, and made the appt. for 7:30 AM on Thursday Nov. 29th. He was very helpful on the phone, and able to give me a general idea of the time involved and the potential cost. I thought it very convenient to be able to make an early morning appt. before work. On Thursday, the serviceman, John, arrived a little early, completed the job efficiently and effectively, and even left me the can of lubricant he was using that is supposed to be better than WD-40 (in that it doesn't evaporate away). The Angie's List coupon was $10 off the price, and with the minimal time, the cost was less than the estimate given. The only hiccup was that he might have woken up my husband with the doorbell, which of course, also got the dog barking at him like crazy. Overall, though, it was a great experience, and I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Nofziger did an excellent job from start to finish. The estimate provided by Brad proved to be right on. The installer who came out also did a fine job with the installation, made some minor adjustments to our opener, and left the place in clean order. The door itself is a Haas Gold Series insulated model 680 with a higher than average R value of 12. The craftsmanship of the door looks to be solid with a tight seal around the opening. Please note that a $100 Angie's List coupon was used to bring the price down from $1069 to $969.

They did a good job, they were prompt in responding to my needs and everything works fine.

Great. Brad made an appointment, came out, helped me select the door, gave me a written quote and set up a time to do the installation. Beau arrived at 8:17 am, completed a fantastic job in approximately 2 hours and 21 minutes. He is a tremendous asset to the Nofziger organization. Gave Beau a check for $968.00 because I couldn't remember the amount (service related brain injury). He called in and was told they wanted the buck. I gave him two bucks and asked him to give the individual in charge of their accounting department the extra buck in case they had the same problem with a future customer. Generally these mistakes can be handled by having the individual in charge of the accounting/accounts receivable department call the "customer" directly. I doubt that Beau would ever ask the Excel automaton to help him with an installation. Beau is far too talented to need help and has an eclectic understanding of the customer and customer service that everyone should be exposed to.

It was very commendable that they sent a man right away to open the door. There was no charge for that trip. He came back at 7:30 a.m the next day, as promised, and was finished in about an hour. He was courteous and professional.

Spoke with Robert the Office Manager. He was very nice and polite and walked me through the options. However, we decided to go with another company. The other company's price was $945 including a $50 Angie's List discount and we had previously used their services. Would consider Nofziger in the future if ever any problems with our current company.

Awesome. He arrived on time, completed the work and was done in less time than I thought. He also lubed up all the moving parts and even replaced a broken bracket for free. They even came out within two hours of my initial call!

They came out right away and did not try to oversell us on anything we did not need. They did good work and I will use them again.

They were able to come out the same day within a few hours of being called. It took less than 10 minutes to fix. The two men who came were very friendly and knowledgeable. The door has been working fine since the repair. I will definitely call Nofziger's again for any garage door repair needs.

They were prompt. We were stuck in the garage and couldn't get the door open - it was too heavy to lift. They came out shortly after we called and fixed it, and did an excellent, very thorough job. The price seemed reasonable, but I didn't have anything to compare it against. They seemed to know what they were doing.

Service Man showed up on time, in a level two snow advisory! He was very professional.

The installation crew was two pleasant young guys who did a very professional job. We got a new opener, and an outside touch pad with password for entry. We're very pleased with Nofziger's work!

The phone service was excellent. The appointment was scheduled right away, and I received a call before a technician arrived. Jonathan replaced the necessary parts and was done in an hour.

They were very polite, professional and finished the job within the time allotted. There was one minor problem during installation, and they called a more experienced person to address and fix the problem on the spot.

Everything went very well. I just wish they had been able to perform the work sooner. I'm sure they're busy because they give quality service at a fair price. I called about three or four other companies before I called Nofziger. I didn't like their name, ha ha. The replacement was a little unusual because my door had 4 torsion springs instead of the usual two. They were also mounted off-center, which complicated the matter more. This company was actually one of the least expensive quotes I received. Since I had 4 springs to be replaced, I half expected to be double charged, but they didn't. They charged me to change two springs and added the cost of the extra springs and the few minutes of extra labor. Saved me at least a hundred bucks. I also expected them to find some type of problem and say it must be fixed to pad their sales since their original quote was a little lower that the other companies. They didn't do this either. Great experience overall.

They had great customer service! They had excellent response time, a fair price, the estimate was done very quickly, and work was done within the two week window I was given. I would definitely recommend this company.

Just one of the springs on our double wide/single garage door broke and was too heavy for my husband and I to lift, leaving us somewhat stranded. We tried Nofziger, randomly I'll be honest, and they said they could come right away. The two repairmen arrived in less than 30 minutes, assessed that they did not have the correct springs with them (they happened to be in the area, so stopped by first). But they did open the door for us so we could get our cars out. Given that it took both of them to lift it, we were OK with leaving the door "unlocked" while they went to get the correct springs and we left for work. My husband comes home for lunch everyday and called to let me know that the door worked by 11am. They explained that for double wide/single garage doors they recommend replacing both springs at the same time;that way they are the same type and installed at same time. That seemed reasonable to us. We were very pleased with the speed and efficiency and would work with them again.
