 + -1 moreWHEN THEY FIRST GAVE US AN ESTIMATE, THEY FOUND HAIL DAMAGE TO ROOF. WE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT HAVING GUTTER WORK DONE PRIOR TO REPAIRING/REPLACING THE ROOM. THE OWNER ASSURED US THAT THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEMS AND NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO US IF THE GUTTER WORK WAS DONE FIRST. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE--IT COST US AN ADDITIONAL $500 WHEN THE ROOF WAS REPAIRED TO REMOVE & REPLACE THE GUTTER TOPPER SYSTEM. WHEN WE SELECTED THE GUTTER SYSTEM, WE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT CLOGGING UP THE SYSTEM WITH MAPLE TREE SEEDS. WE WERE ASSURED THAT THIS SYSTEM WOULD WORK WITHOUT PROBLEMS. THE GUTTER SYSTEM DOES NOT DO THE JOB IT IS EXPECTED TO DO. THE GUTTER TOPPERS ARE CLOGGED. MOREOVER, THE GUTTER IS SLANTED AWAY FROM THE DRAIN CAUSING FLOODING AROUND THE HOUSE AND DAMAGE TO THE ROOF.
Description of Work: INSTALLED A NEW GUTTER SYSTEM INCLUDING NEW FASCIA, SOFFITS AND TOPPERS.
