Description of Work: Swapped out a sliding glass door, approximate cost above includes the door. Replaced decking that had to be removed due to the same water issue that doomed the door. Added the proper flashing to where the deck meets the house. He was good about scheduling the work and cleaning up the jobsite.

 + -1 moreHAD SEVERAL COMPANIES OUT TO LOOK AT WORK BUT NONE GOT BACK WITH ESTIMATES, HT BUILDER CAME IN AND SAID IT WAS LABOR INTENSIVE AND THATS WHY THE OTHER COMPANIES DIDNT WANT TO DO IT. THEY DONT SHY AWAY FROM LABOR INTENSIVE WORK, HONEST, TOLD ME IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS TO GIVE HIM A CALL. HAD PROBLEM WITH A SHELF AND SOME TILING AND CAME OUT AND FIXED IT TO MY SATISFACTION. JUST A WONDERFUL COMPANY.
