I couldn’t be happier with my new bathroom! Shane did an Excellent job! I live in a mobile home doublewide and I know that it threw a few challenges to the project because of it along with a few issues we hadn’t anticipated running into, such as rotten flooring. Along with the excellent workmanship, Shane is extremely good at communication, such as how things are going, when he will be there so forth. 5 stars as far as I am concerned is not enough. I hope to be able to redo my second bath at some point and Shane will be who I contact. I would like to add the materials that Shane used are top of the line!

Highly recommend Got A Guy. Had 2 bathroom floors and an entryway floor replaced. Polite, clean and dependable. Will have them back.

The remodel went Very smoothly! And remodels usually don’t! Shane was very communicative via phone and text and replied promptly to all queries. This is somewhat rare in this industry in my experience so I was delighted about that. His workers were prompt and respectful of our privacy. They cleaned up after themselves each day which was very much appreciated. Each worker or subcontractor was courteous and thorough. Any concerns were addressed promptly. I would recommend hiring Got A Guy for a project.

Shane and his team are truly amazing. I knew we were in good hands as soon as Shane came out to quote the remodel. He was very thorough on the work that needed to be done and was very courteous to us when we asked him remodeling questions that did not pertain to the bathroom remodel. His team arrived everyday as scheduled and even finished the job early! The craftsmanship was impeccable. They really thought through the installation of the tile to give us the look we wanted. Shane walked us through the different options on how the vanity could be installed due to existing plumbing. He was great at giving us the trade-offs with the different vanity installation options. Shane's customer service is second to none. We had a lot of questions (this was our first bathroom remodel) through out the remodel. Shane answered all of our questions and took the time to explain to us why things were done a certain way and walked us through how the finish product would look. I will hire Got A Guy again when it is time to remodel the other bathrooms in our house. Ralph

Ryan and Jason arrived on time, were courteous, and professional. They removed our old cabinets and flooring and disposed of it the same day and without a mess! They made sure to clean up after each work day and you would never know a renovation was taking place in my house. They even made suggestions for some minor things I hadn't thought to do that I gladly agreed to, and the finished work looks fabulous. I can't say enough about how great this experience was. Communication was good all throughout the job and they had it finished in only 4 days! I will definitely use Got A Guy, LLC for other projects in my house and highly recommend this contractor. Price-wise, I don't think anyone can beat Got A Guy, LLC. Very reasonable and high quality work.

From the start Shane and his crew did an excellent job with communication, estimate, and explaining the various options we had in replacing a sit down tub with a master shower. He's honest and reliable and his pricing is fair. I would not hesitate to hire him again! Quality of work is excellent and he came back and went above and beyond on some touch up work. It's hard to find a great contractor who is quick to communicate and is reliable, I would trust Got A Guy for my next project.

Shane Lawrence is the best contractor we have dealt with since moving to the Columbus area 9 years ago. He started with a professional analysis of our project, provided ideas throughout the remodel and completed the work on time with absolutely no surprises. He wrapped up every day with a recap of the day’s progress and insight to the next day’s plan. His crew was polite and they kept the worksite clean with minimal disruption to our living space. We will be hiring Got A Guy LLC for future projects.

Excellent. I designed it from the Houzz Apo and Shane did it exactly like the pic. Took little longer then expected but I love it.

Went great. Materials were delivered quickly. Once the project started, it took two days, just as they said. All employees were very kind and caring.

I replaced master and hall bath vanities. Shane measured and told me exactly what I needed size-wise for the cabinets. I went with Onyx surfaces/sinks —which Shane markets directly. He was on time, within budget, very professional and detail oriented. I saved $$$ vs the estimate I received from the major local “bathroom-only” remodeler —who also uses Onyx surfaces. I’ll definitely use Shane for future projects.

Shane was a tremendous resource to help guide us in decisions for our shower remodel project. He performed the work as if it was his own families project which we very much appreciated. We are very pleased with the work and also the punctual and professional outputs from Shane and his crew. I would HIGHLY recommend Shane in consideration of your next home project.

Really happy with Shane overall. A couple of minor hiccups that were quickly remedied. I appreciated Shane’s input and that he respected that I wanted to purchase my own materials. I wish there had been a little more guidance with the fixtures because I ended up not loving the bath faucet and found out too late in the project that the brand I selected was one of Shane’s least favorites. But, that was not his fault. Shane had some issues with cutting the round opening, for the shower, in the tile and cut out a square to avoid breaking more tile. I went to Home Depot and bought a diamond bit and talked to Shane about it the next day. His team used the bit and it worked great. Again, a small hiccup that was rectified with good communication. I would recommend other homeowners to actively solicit his opinions. Shane accidentally cut the reclaimed wood mantle too short and I had to order another one. He didn’t hesitate to take care of the cost, since we couldn’t use the original. My only complaint is that I didn’t like the replacement as much as the original-since I was dealing with reclaimed wood, it was impossible to truly replace the original. So, in that regard, I was a little disappointed, but, happy with how Shane handled it. I am really really happy with how both projects turned out. His responsiveness was exceptional. He always responded to text and emails immediately. He and his team kept everything tidy and really demonstrated professionalism.

Shane was great to work with. He was very responsive to my quote request on Angie's List and he was able to get in and get the work done quicker than anyone else. I'd already pulled my toilet up to look at the water damage so it was important to get it put back in place soon. He and his helper worked hard all day and stayed late to finish the job. They also did a couple unexpected extras like replace the toilet fill valve and seat for the same quoted price. I would definitely utilize Got a Guy again!

Shane gave us estimates for just replacing a rotted flooring, and also for full updating. As we had budget, we went ahead with the update. We provided fixtures, floor, cabinets, paint, and toilet. Got A Guy provided the shower, vanity, and the expertise. The room is gorgeous, subject to my personal taste in design. The room is narrow so does not photo well. Besides, you can't see the joisted sub-floor toilet so we'll never have to worry about falling through. How they had to rebuild the frame for the inset medicine cabinet, or the details of making two cabinets which are not the same style sure look like they are, or an afternoon spent in a blazing hot attic because someone (ahem) had the wild idea to add an exhaust fan. The timeline went longer than expected, but I feel like it took as long as it did to be done right. I'm entirely pleased, no complaints, would recommend and will absolutely hire again. I have two more bathrooms.

My contractor transformed my bathroom. He introduced me to the concept of onyx. It was an excellent choice. His helper and he were professional, courteous and through. I interviewed five contractors before I got to "I Got A Guy." He was my best choice. Every time I step into my bathroom I am transcended. I feel as though I am in a hotel. What a luxurious feeling. The biggest item on his lift was to preserve my wallpaper. He did exactly was he said he would do. I am elated.

Shane (owner of Got A Guy) was easy to work with. He was always responsive. His price was lower than two other contractors. The entire job went very smoothly. They torn off a 40x14 old ugly back porch. After the tear-off they repaired the roof, soffit and gutter. His crew was punctual and professional. They also did a very good cleanup. The next time I need work done on my house I will call then first.

Very Good! on time very professional,kept dust and dirt down and cleaned up after they were done for the day would use them again for other jobs!

Orginally had them come out to potentially replace shower due to a leak. Ended up just needing the door resealed. Shane's integrity by not saying I needed a new shower is what made me go with them when I was ready to replace it later. They did a great job. Both jobs had unforseen plumbing issues as many bathroom remodels do. They fixed the issues at no additional charge.
