Expert Garage Doors

They were very prompt and professional. Our garage door opener is over 20 years old, so we have been thinking about a replacement. He explained the safety and other advances in openers, left literature and told us to call when we were ready to replace. We will.

We called Expert Garage Doors in the morning and they returned our call within three hours and came out the next day, completed the work, tuned up the door and was professional.

Arrived the next day after contacting when scheduled, finished work in a timely manner and was very helpful in explaining how to program the one remote that was not on the property. Would use again happy with work and it is very nice to have all my garage doors working again.

This company was wonderful from the initial phone call to the office through the installation of my new door and opener. Russ was very thorough, courteous and informative. He answered all of my questions and brought visuals of the garage door so that I could see what I was buying. Everything went smoothly and the service was performed exactly when it was scheduled. I would certainly use them again for any future projects.

Service-man was very professional & punctual. He analyzed the situation & made several suggestions to not just replace what had broken but put thicker cables & take-up wheels on the door. I didn't get the impression that he was doing this just to sell me a more expensive component but that he truly was doing what was best for the long term durability & reliability of the door. He then proceeded to do a thorough & detailed job of making all the changes & repairs. I will definitely look at using this company again.

The company maintains and repairs my garage doors (and does an excellent job!). After my teenager's friend tried to open the doors manually and disconnected the system, they stopped out and repaired it for no charge!

Courteous, on time service. Even though our old opener was still working, Russ convinced me that it was starting to fall apart. and was at the end of its useful life. I was very satisfied. I felt the price could have been a bit more reasonable but it's probably not out of line with other dealers. I would definitely use Expert again.

After reading the glowing reviews on Angie's list I called the company to schedule an appointment. Russ arrived promptly and determined the cause of the problem quickly. The belt tensioner had not been installed correctly on all three of my doors; door #l had finally come apart. He asked me if I had any questions before he began the repair and explained what he would be doing. I had read the manual prior to the repair so I only had a couple of questions. Russ did maintenance on all three doors and they are performing quietly and smoothly. He also noted that springs generallly break around the 8 year mark depending on use. This was informational not a sales pitch. I was impressed with the professionalism. Russ was neatly dressed, prepared with tools and parts. He walked me through the process, answered any questions and thanked me for my business. I would recommend this company without question and will call them when those springs break!

Russ arrived exactly on time. I explained a vague problem I had been having with my garage door and he found the source of the problem and immediately explained to me why and how he would correct the intermittent non responsiveness of the door. He was at my home approximately 45 minutes - did all i mentioned above. Really a great experience! I had a coupon from Angie's list and it was accepted with no questions asked. Love that! Angela, the receptionist, set up my appointment to accommodate my work schedule. Stress free.

Got here at the correct time, exceptionally good at what they did. I would recommend them to anybody. I am very satisfied with the work they did, everything turned out just so good. Angela, who works in the office was very professional and was great to work with. She kept up to date with me during the entire process and she communicated very well. Russ came on time to replace the spring on my door. He was very polite and quick. I have used Expert Garage Doors in the past and I am having them replace the rubber seal on my doors and install a new keypad. I would not use anyone else?

Expert Garage Door came out the day after I called to have my broken, overhead garage door spring replaced. Angela was super nice on the phone when I called. Russ, the technician, was on-time, very polite and very professional. He not only replaced the spring, but adjusted and lubricated the door as well. One of the springs on our garage door broke in half. Russ came out that day (Friday) and replaced both springs on our door before he ended his day. He added a new piece that was broken or weakend by the coil snapping.

They did the job very good. Did not overcharge. They will tell you what you need and let you decide. Reliable and professional.
