Description of Work: When Russ initially come to the house to do the garage door repair estimate...I came home that night to a very nice surprise. He did a no charge basic repair to the door on his own initiative. The door had been pushed in from the outside by a vehicle and caused the bottom two panels to separate significantly. He had closed the panel gap while doing his estimate. He provided two options: 1. replace the door 2. repair the door I choose repair. You can hardly tell the door was damaged. I highly recommend Expert Garage Doors.

Description of Work: Expert Garage Door is a very punctual and professional business. They are a small family business and are very informative and meticulous in their work. My garage door spring had broken and I was able to make an appointment to have it repaired within a couple of days. The serviceman, who is also the owner, arrived on time and repaired the spring right away. He also checked the entire garage door and track system and tightened all the bolts, replaced worn pullies, and lubricated all the moving parts. While there I also asked him to inspect my other garage door and offer any suggestions for maintenance. He noticed that the bottom wood panel was beginning to bow from the weight of the door and suggested reinforcing the panel with angle irons. He made the repairs in approximately an additional 20 minutes and gave me the estimate for the additional work. I feel his fees were very reasonable and his knowledge and work is very professional and first rate. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.
